hi,You guys kinda chose a bad time to buy the 737 (you know right after the release of a patch). The pmdg guys really are great guys and are probably giving all they got to fix these problems. Andrew

hi Andrew,The server is having problems they are trying to fix it be patient. :-) These guys have probably havent gotten any sleep in a while. The servers have been really busy and probably will be until atleast next weekend. Thousands of people trying to download the update off a server that can handle about 200 at a time talk about a traffic jam.Andrew

hi,Add me to the list of people getting corrupt files, Ive downloaded the file 8 times since yesterday and have been getting 10mb files 30mb files 52mb files 20mb 25mb 55mb 33mb 62mb files all either incomplete or corrupt.Andrew

hi,thanks,I must have somehow set IE to open files instead of downloading them and accidentally clicked the "dont show this window again" box so now It never gives me a choice as to wheather I want to open or save the file. I have no clue how to get it to ask me wheather I want to save or open the file.Andrew

hi,Your system looks good except for the video card. I think there is someone out there running it with a Geforce 2 but their name escapes my mind right now. If you don't fly with the VC and cabin I think you'll get decent performance with the 737. It is a great bird. Andrew

hi,I found my old link and password that I got when I first purchased the 737 and am wondering if it matters what browser I use to try to get on the server and download? I'm using Mozilla right now should I use internet explorer instead?Andrew

I just want to know so I'm not sitting in front of the computer thinking perhaps it never got to you or theyve already been sent and I didin't get mine for some reason? I'm fine with waiting until Monday or Tuesday. :-) I think it's safe to assume the server is still under very heavy load.Andrew

hi, I think it would be better to wait until atleast tommorow to purchase the 737. A buddy of mine had his credit card charged 41 (yes 41 times) by his ISP when he tried to pay his bill online. For whatever reason the isp's server wasent responding too well and everytime he clicked the submit button to pay his bill, he thought the payment wasen't being made because he kept getting a page cannot be displayed messege. As a result he clicked the submit button many times and when he checked his email he had 41 messeges from his isp saying his bill was payed 41x$49.99 for his internet access, thats about $2,000 US. It took him many phone calls to his isp and the bank and he kept getting the run around. The isp saying it wasent their fault and the credit card company saying they can't do anything about it. He eventually got his money back but it took awhile.AndrewPS. I have no idea how pmdg runs it's purchases and if this can even happen with their server but just a heads up. Anyway I'm sure if something like this ever did happen PMDG woulden't act like the ISP and say it wasen't their problem. ;-)

Was I supposed to get a reply saying the email was changed or should I just assume it has been updated? Also is the customer id the same as the order confirmation number?Andrew

hi,You don't have to buy the new version it's a free update. We'll have to buy the 800/900 release though.Andrew
