UK2000 has a decent version of Exter, it's a little old though, but fully usable and much better than default FS9.http://www.uk2000scenery.com

I havent seen the 744 video (yeah shame on me. :(), but I have the MD-11 and it is well worth every penny you pay. You get a good insight in the operation of the MD-11, the captain is good at explaining the various operations of the aircraft throughout the flight.

Yes, heavy is used all over the world, but here in Europe atleast it's only used on initial call and not after every like in the US.

I agree it's not the best looking paint, but I would still like to see it be done. I think it can grow on me, and I can't wait to see it for real when they start popping up soon.

All the NG's can go up to FL410, must be a error in the fuel planner.

I almost always get an insufficient fuel message right after takeoff, just ignore it and continue with my flight if I am sure I have enough fuel, which I mostly am.And I enter the reserve fuel I get in the flight plan sheet for my flight in SVA that Egbert here is leading.
