Jason, My options like yours are missing too.I also had to reinstall win 7 recently and also FSX, PMDG, hotfix, etc.. and I thought it was a tweak PMDG did that was causing some problems - so now it has been removed. Maybe Ryan or someone will tell us of the fixes in the Hotfix so we will know. Benny Miller

Hi all,Is there a way to edit the color like we did on the FS9 737ng on the Tape color?I personally find it a bit too light gray and missing that darker purple color. I tried to lower the light settings, but it is dims out before you get the color you want.

Is the VSD not working on the FO side? I looked in the documentation and couldn't find it. Sounds like a Dumb question but I'm getting the range circles on the FO side, but no terrain. CPT side works. Thanks,Benny Miller

Agreed. I thought it might also be pilot error considering I have never flown a real 737NG and maybe it's something to do with timing, flight path, etc...

Hi, before I open a trouble ticket, just wanted to know if anyone else a seeing a little jerkiness from the autopilot? When it engages it may jerk to correct to the correct heading at first then flies OK; but, on the turns of the flight following the MCP - it jerks at first (to the direction of the turn) them smooths out as it get going through the turn.Also if the plane is on heading and a new heading was selected, it also jerks then smooths out. Hi Ryan,Are you talking about gauge parts (both moving and stationary) built within the plane (giving that 3D look) with texture overlays for color / "Paint", and the the behavior of the gauge working on XML talking with .dll files? OK, the PMDG 747-400 LCF was one of them. What is the 2nd???? It's not the NGX since it said 2 other surprises in addition to the NGX and some were speculating on WX radar, BAE 146, Saab 340, etc...Just thought I would ask since it was a while ago. :(

Hopefully a Saab 340!!!???I say this since this is close to the design of the J41 and a lot of the repaints that were requested were from the Saab and adapted for the J41.Benny Miller

Hi Ulf Bjarke,When I load the FSX default flight and then change aircraft to the J41 I hear is the sound of a click, then CTD. I shut down the engines in the default, then changed to the J41, it only came on 1 time but all the switches wouldn't work on the overhead and none of the glass screens came on.I then switched to the tutorial flight after shutting down in the default. As I turned on the middle button to the external power, checked the outside lights, turned them off, checked the right avionics - right side came on, and as I turned on the left avionics - CTD. I tried this again except with the left first - CTD every time.Can you load your plane from the beginning or do you have to go through the default first like I did? This is very frustrating at the least. Please help. Thank you for your time and consideration on this matter.Sincerely,Benny Miller

Hi,I just bought this last night and am having serious trouble with the J41 and have not been able to use it.Installed program with no problems, ran FSX - It only brings up the module acceptance for PMDG_BAe_JS4100.dll and PMDG_BAe_JS4100_3.dll - not PMDG_BAe_JS4100_2.dll. Activated on-line no problems. Started to load up and the CTD.I use Vista Ultimate 64bit and never had any problems with any other payware AC.I completely uninstalled the J41 using the install program, uninstalled all add-ons, unistalled FSX , and cleaned registry of all traces.Then reinstalled FSX with sp1 and sp2, then installed the J41 again. All installed correctly including the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable. It asked me at the beginning to accept the modules which I did and when asked to provide a key I put it in and it said it "activated successfully."It only brings up the module acceptance for PMDG_BAe_JS4100.dll and PMDG_BAe_JS4100_3.dll - not PMDG_BAe_JS4100_2.dll.I have reinstalled windows vista 32bit on a different machine with sp1 and 2 with FSX as above - SAME PROBLEM.So, I re-downloaded the J41 from my account and still the same goes on both machines after un-install and re-install. I do not overclock, I have a i7 cpu with 3 nvidia tri-SLI video cards in the 64bit machine with 12Gb of Ram and an ATI x850 (single) card in the 32bit one with 2Gb of Ram with a p4 3.2GHz cpu for the second one. Products shouldn't act like this, that you have to modify your entire system, but I gave it the benifit of the doubt.I tried the fsx.cfg deletion as well as renaming it and still same result.Again, It only brings up the module acceptance for PMDG_BAe_JS4100.dll and PMDG_BAe_JS4100_3.dll - not PMDG_BAe_JS4100_2.dll for acceptance for the modules.So as to experimenting with this to isolate the problem I found the 3 files in the gauges folder:PMDG_BAe_JS4100.dllPMDG_BAe_JS4100_2.dllPMDG_BAe_JS4100_3.dllI put them in an isolated folder and the plane (J41) worked with no guages.- Added the first file back (PMDG_BAe_JS4100.dll) and it said it failed activation, after canceling it started with about half of the gauges working. Added the next 2 separately and with the 1st. It seems that the 2nd file (PMDG_BAe_JS4100_2.dll) is the one stopping the program and CTD occurs. I hope this helps?Please help me? I stayed up just about all night to get the J41 working and this is happening every time on 2 different computers that ran FSX with add ons with no problems like this before.I hope you can help asap.Best Regards,Benny MIller

I have AIRAC 0802 on my FMC."Navigraph produces a monthly AIRAC Cycle update which mirrors the RW changes for the PMDG line that includes updated SID/STAR files...available for a relatively small cost...worth every cent/penny IMHO."Will I have to constantly update this in order to continue to fly this plane?Please let me know if there is another way to fix this before I'm forced to get the credit card out and spend another $16.00 USD.Kind Regards,Benny

Hi,Since the update I can't set up my FMC from KSEA - it gives me, "KSEA err: 16R rwy unknown" message and won't let me pick any departure runway or arrival runway, sids, or stars. It worked fine prior to the install of the new update. Tried flying from a different airport "KSFO" - it worked as long as KSEA isn't on the flight plan? I don't know of any other airports with the same problem. KSEA doesn't work due to error.I'm using FS9 with the update and no AIRAC added other than what came with the original installer and update. I'm using the default scenery/airports as well.I've started with the default C172 and still same results.I've even uninstalled and reinstalled the entire plane and updates 2 times with the same results.I'm not using any other PMDG product also.Any help will be appreciated.Thanks,Benny
