Believe you have to set up IFR flightplan first to get clearance. Don't think you can do it another way but could be wrong.

Yea, haven't had any response since few of my original posts on this topic. tried sending another support ticket but no response back. Might send up a forum topic in PCAviator's Australian site. They have a forum for MSE products. I was also wondering if product was fixed and didn't want to bother redownloading the product again.

Tom, very sorry to hear about this bad news you shared with us and hope you defeat this with all support from friends and family. This site has been number one place to get information and downloads pretty much since i got into flight simulation with FS2004 when it was released. Hope it will continue but please you're health will always come first. All the best to you.

I have downloaded from another flight sim site some newer livery textures from Aviationlovers that have some higher texture realism features for CLS DC-10. Enjoy this particular aircraft but as others pointed out the VC is lacking.

I have gotten answer by going to PCAviator's website and putting in a support ticket on what i am seeing. Last answer was the problem i was having was sent or informed to the developer and have to wait and see if they can fix Belfast. Doubt they will fix the coastlines since other titles have same problem. Least i paid half price.

Ongoing older posts on this title, as i have given my thoughts on same things, and talk all about watermasking on this and other titles and other posts.

There was updated download link for version 001 several months ago. Makes it V110 under download link is FSS shop under your account. 002 patch only deals with lights. Believe just reinstall download over old install of 001. Don't know if 002 needs to be removed first.

Thanks to PCAviator for responding back to my ticket that i set up and also here on this forum. Belfast would be nice if it is fixed at some point in time. Ireland is just so hard with this scenery package because it is an island and has rugged coastline and the watermasking ruins most of the coastline. Can't see the Giant's Causeway for ex. Still i enjoy interior flying!

True! That was the answer i got so far.....water masking issue that others have had in there products. Also said possible Belfast didn't have imagery available to the developer. Whatever! Just have to see if update comes along or not.

I'll see what answer i get from the support ticket i sent up day ago.

No, not Photogensis product but Playsims Publishing product, formally known has Horizon, and i actually have it also. Scenery is kind of out of date, M1 motorway is still under construction near Northern Ireland border and some shopping areas North of Dublin don't exist, but product itself is better with water and coastlines. Think i will try and post screenshot of Belfast from the top when i figure it out.

Heard of that also. Wouldn't be so bad except Belfast is mostly or half default and coasts are what make Ireland for me. Northern Ireland was my big part of buying this because i was born there and my folks live there now. Still for $15 it was kind of worth it.

Did some more flying and i'm seeing default underlapping or overlapping the MSE scenery along the coast lines along Glens of Antrim and along West side of Ireland, and also the picture that poster named Jesse posted:"Can you guess where this is? Coz I don't know" from above on the left side of the scenery shows default . Sent a ticket in to PCAviator.

Finally loaded the program and looks great until you fly over Belfast and scenery has default over harbor and around city edges. Also water switches to default vs photographic. Haven't shown a screen shot since i haven't learnt to do that. Wonder if anyone else has same problem? Thanks

Thank you for that Belfast screenshot, helps in deciding on this to buy! Might wait for sale sometime, still use Orbx for North and Horizon for the South. Horizon looked like they would make volume 11 Northern Ireland but think company has disappeared or have paused business. Website shows 'to be confirmed' on Playsims Publishing for last year or two.

Thanks for comparison shots. Least data looks newer. Don't see EarthSimulation doing Ireland since i asked that in another thread and they answered that no plans do to no option to license the data or expense of buying outright. Maybe in couple years things will change. Would like to see Northern Ireland screen shot from over Belfast to see what it looks like!

I see entire island of Ireland has been released! Wonder what will be said about the this release?

Just wonder if Northern Ireland will be covered? Product page said something about UK being covered but the map does not show N.I. Other than that this product line looks great!

Don't think it's the Hellcat because the emblem runs right up to the tailplane in pictures i looked at. Thinking more Wildcat or Corsair.

I would ask what's with the mottled looking gray exterior, or interior? It would seem not to be a jet plane since the exterior would want to be streamlined and tends to shiny aluminum look. Now navy planes might have the gray look but i don't know.

Thanks for replying to my post on this subject. Control should be consistent from flight sim to flight sim for familiar use.

Believe this was mentioned last month but wonder if there is a answer! I can see that the hat switch is reversed on movement compared to FSX. Wonder if anyone has been able to fix this my playing with XML information. In FSX move the hat switch to the left and the camera moves to the left and around the aircraft and vice versa. In FLIGHT it is the opposite and hard to get used to. Using a Logitech Wingman Extreme 3D Pro. Any thoughts? Thanks
