  1. And the point being you totally missed what I said. I said I am not willing to pay twice. As they are developing for P3D.
  2. Whats the point if its not P3D compatible. I am not buying any more aircraft from you until you switch, why should I pay and have to pay again. Waste of money. Ifly do a lovely 737
  3. I am using the Ifly737 (flight1tech) and have no problems at all. Its working fantastically.
  4. sure use widefs from pete dowson fsuipc.
  5. I have it and use it, works 100% here on P3D, even have it networked fine.
  6. Just to let you know, the IVAO client is fine with P3D, they have a P3D version, I am using it, works 100%
  7. Indeed and so it goes on !
  8. I still wonder if 911 put an end to simulating for MS. It just seems strange how after all the years of development, they pulled the plug.
  9. Yes very interesting I have fully switched, FSX is binned, I have my Ifly 737, some scenery and I am happy, but version 2.0 sounds like a great step forward for all concerned. Thanks for posting.
  10. Thats very interesting, I am running four monitors, two networked via one machine, two off my main machine, I am using FSxpand for my eng instruments/standby. But if P3D will LAN something like the Ifly 737 then I would be over the moon with that or even just to Lan the scenery. Its about time sharing gauges etc became easier. At the moment its very difficult. And its near impossible to get data out of third party addons also. The interfaces are complex and are heavy on resources. I would like to split my cockpit and run scenery on one machine and all the flight deck on another machine. I hope this is implemented in the future.
  11. Hi hope someone can help me I am trying to display on start up, the PFD and ND only, I have already change the VC view, I can display either PFD or ND, but not both together. So I can see the PFD from here, but not the DU. // [Window00] // Zoomed Left Outboard DU // BACKGROUND_COLOR=30,30,30 size_mm=555, 555 window_size = 0.28906, 0.46250 position=3 visible=0 ident=410 zorder=95 gauge00=PMDG_737NGX!DU, -57, -48, 677, 636, 1 LEFT_OUTBD #11 ZOOM // // Zoomed Left Inboard DU // BACKGROUND_COLOR=30,30,30 size_mm=555, 555 window_size = 0.28906, 0.46250 position=4 visible=0 ident=411 zorder=95 gauge00=PMDG_737NGX!DU, -57, -48, 677, 636, 1 LEFT_INBD #12 ZOOM //
  12. From flight1 UPDATE ON GEP3D: We are in process with this product however development time with the interface control and installer system had to be shared with several other Flight1 products and we are running a little behind with completion and packaging for the Ground Environment Prepar3D product. Hopefully this will be sorted over the month of April with a good shot at a May release.
  13. No they said end of month, maybe May.
  14. yes they are adapting a new license for it, should be anytime
  15. When I was a kid, TWA stewardesses used to ask if you wanted to go and see the cockpit, and I did on at least three flights (1980's), they even gave you captain wings (plastic of course) They would come round and ask all the kids, it was a great experience Your mother or father also came along. I asked on a recent flight for my children on a A380 and was told firmly no way. The world has changed sadly not for the better.
  16. But it has also been stated that it can be used in the home environment. I dont see why it would be thousands of $, IFLY $79 http://www.flight1tech.com/Products/AircraftSimulations/737NGforPrepar3D.aspx
  17. but if alot of people move to P3D, I am sure a new license can be drawn up, $ is $
  18. Its only $49 to buy, I didnt get a free trial of FSX did you ?
  19. Not sure on the RxP as I havent yet reinstalled mine, as for squawk box, yes for me, but same error as fsx if started from the menu bar. I used the Estonia.
  20. you will need to log onto the other pc, so go to network, see the icon of the pc you wish to connect to, click it, enter the name, then password. you will need to do that every time you want to use EFB, I always have to.
