  1. I think it got potential. I wouldn't mind paying 90€ for one.
  2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2yJgwwDcgV8How much wingflex will this one have? And will it feature FMC and the Electronic Flightbag? :Big Grin:Also, that rainbow propulsion could be awesome in FSX, imagine rainbow coloured contrails!Pleaaaaaase!
  3. I've heard it's because the wings on the 737 NG is attached lower than the A320 series, and therefore it's harder for Boeing to fit new engines.
  4. Damn, I thought I was gonna see a pair of boobs.
  5. The NGX is just a scam people! :(
  6. Lol! I want a PMDG Hindenburg, so I can fly from Berling to NYC in 7 days!
  7. I think your ghey because you use mac. :( But those specs should run FSX pretty good, the i7 CPU is known to run FSX pretty good. :(

  10. Isn't it unreal when there is no screen infront of you? :)
  11. I've heard that VATSIM bans you for dialing 7700 in your squawk :b
  12. I must say I never expected this, they were quite funny to read though. lol.Bringing 9 year old threads can be fun, but only ONCE! Not like 10 threads :S
  13. The Wilco Pub is a decent 777, but it has ALOT of problems here and there. The FMC is practically useless and the aircraft is very basic compared to their excellen 737 series! You can't add SID or STARS in the FMC, and for some reason it won't update the AIRAC despite having it installed.
  14. You need to buy them seperatly, each model cost 80$
  15. lol iPad.Btw, soounds good. :b
  16. *Takes notes* Also, I just read in an airline magazine that an Air Canada flight (I think it was) had to make an emergency-landing, because the captain spilled his coffee in the instruments. How do you fix that?
  17. Now that we have the "How to become a pilot" which I found to be an interesting read.I'm gonna ask you how to become a good aircraft mechanic, and good at it.Just to clarify; I'm already accepted into the first stage of the 'training' I've been accepted into TEC Aviation, 3 months "basic training" in terms of being an aircraft mechanic. Hopefully I can get a spot at SAS Scandinavian Airlines System when I finish at TEC Aviation. But does anyone here have hints & tips? I would appreciate it very much.- Philip from Hong Kong airport.
  18. Thanks. I've used my army salary on this trip. Tommorrow I'm going to Hanoi by train. I didn't search for your innocence (I first read the thread again now, after the trip.) But being at the actual Khe Sanh combat base was a very special experience. Since I know how much fighting took place there, and sadly also how many young men died there. Most, if not all in the tour group had never heard of it and just wandered around bored (after having seen the Bell 212 Huey, Chinook and a few tanks that is on display there). I was very moved to be there, and of course I went off track exploring the other side of the fence (I found a hole in it, hehe.) I walked along the intire landingstrip and went abit further around the area.
  19. Hi everybody! I have now made it all the way to the old capital of Vietnam; Hue! Arrived at 2 am by train. 12 hours train ride! lol. Although vietnamese trains are amusing and you meet alot of people...... I still am looking forward to board a good ol' aircraft. Tomorrow I'm heading out to the DMZ, highway 9, Khe Sanh, the Ho Chi Mingh trail and who knows? Charlie Sheen? :oThats it folks. Cya around.ps. I see that the NGX still hasn't been released. Well, now you only have 13 days before I come home! ;)
  20. So the sun is shining today in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. I've had a fun trip so far. I've seen Angkor Wat, Killing Fields and tomorrow I'm heading to Vietnam. (Good thing since I'm all out of Dollars hehe)Although my trip through Nam is strictly by train, I haven't all forgotten airtravel! On march the 24th. I'm flying with AirAsia (presumably an Airbus A320) to Kuala Lumpur and on the 27th. back to Bangkok wigh Malaysian 737-400! (First trip with this type, weee! :B)So long, Philip!Ps. I see that you haven't released the NGX, shame on you. But you have until the 31st. March to do so, before I come home! :(
