Unfortunately I had already read this comment and still couldn't find any solution. This is how it looks with me. When pressing one of the blue buttons it asks me to browse for the cab file, but couldn't find any such file in my pmdg/fsx folders.

Where can I find the Cab file?

This is the initial report from the German Bundesstelle für Flugunfalluntersuchung (facts only, no analysis): http://www.bfu-web.de/cln_030/nn_226462/EN/Publications/Investigation_20Report/2011/FactualReport__11__EX010__B777__Munic,templateId=raw,property=publicationFile.pdf/FactualReport_11_EX010_B777_Munic.pdf

I personally like the fact of taxiing on the MD-11! As the nose gear is quite behind the cockpit it offers you a greater feeling that you are taxiing something big and robust  As sandpatch said it indeed is very sad that the MD-11 is leaving the scenes as a passenger-version. This however is not surprising as the DC-10/MD-11 were originally designed to avoid the ETOPS rule back then, if I am correct. Now with the 777 and especially the higher ETOPS timings approved combined with lower fuel usages, the MD-11 is only good for freight...

Indeed, must be honest that the winglets gave the 737 more flair. Was never that keen on the 73 before it was retrofitted with them.

Checklist- Before Take-off set the cruising altitude into the pressurisation panel and set the panel to auto- Engine Bleed AUTO- Packs AUTO- Recirc Fans AUTO That should work!! EDIT: Sorry, Engine bleed to ON, thanks Andy! ;) -
The speedbrakes besides braking the lift on touchdown also make the braking more effective. By partly braking lift, there is more weight to come on the main landing gear what results in better braking performance. Haven't seen the video yet, but in a way spoilers do make a difference...

Why don't you make it yourself? Not that difficult, just go to aircraft parameters, and just adjust where all doors etc are
