To be fair, You dont have to pay full price again just a little sum think its something like $4.99 when you think about it the quality of PMDG products compared to other fs comanies i wold say the 4.99 was well worth it to get back a decent addon back.

Hi airwolfe,i had the same issues but i think what it is is due to the complexity of this aircraft and the fact that it bench marks its own carictaristic in handling etc etc it wont work because the panels rely on standard fsx commands and to get the ngx to perform like the real aircraft it uses its own logic this confuses the panels. I found uninstalling them and the drivers a frame rate enhancer in cockpit i could be wrong but i think thats whyhope it helps may be someone from pmdg can either tell us if i am right or notall the bestCraig

Hi there, I know you guys build extremely accurate aircraft systems and i was wondering if you are including the retard mode for the auto throttles. I know that it all works off the rad alt but i didnt know how difficult it is to model or weather or not you would do it for me real as it gets is the key and would like to see it.Thanks in advance keep up the good workall the bestCraig

The way in which i did it was run the installer and let it make a folder called flightsimulator 9 then open it open the sound folder copy the contents and paste them into the sound folder in the fsx main directory then start fsx up and off you go.If this doesnt work then goto the sound under the options tab and check your sound device is selected in bothe sounds and voice and make sure the play user sounds is checked as this can cause partial loss of sound i.e you can here clicks on switches and not the engines.Hope this Works regards Craig :(

ok all you have to do is reduce the opacity or increase the opacity untill you reach the desired effecti personally use 51% opacity if you got to topic j41 repaint you can see pics of my latest repaint and the shine http://forums1.avsim.net/index.php?showtopic=265263regdscraig

Here goestake the master and make a copy. This is still a psd format so then click on layers and merge them all in to 1 layer. Rotate the layer virtically so what you are looking at is now upside down.now resize the image to 1024x 1024 thats pixels not inches.then take the pencil tool increase the size of the pencil.Then select multiply in the mode pull down and set opacity to 76%Then colour in over the layer you should still see the paint kit shape under thisthen save as a dxt5 dds and rename it the same as the master but with .spec after it examplefuselage_t.dds fuslage_t_spec.dds hope that helpscraig
