Dan, I think the messages between yourself and Albert point out the downside of electronic communications; wording and diction between users are sometimes misinterpreted and conversations can sour. I didn't read any abruptness in Albert's responses to your attempt to help out.Pete

Miguel, thanks for posting the information. Pete

That looks fantastic Rich, you're definitely pushing the limits of realism.

Whoever created that repaint is a top notch fella!

I think PMDG created the correct colors for cockpit lighting; photos you see of 737 NG cockpits on the web are probably not correct due to camera settings photographers use. Some one else with a little more expertise could probably elaborate as I haven't been in a real cockpit for awhile. The other set of colors available through the forum are gray/green. They look good. You can also adjust the settings yourself by increasing or decreasing the amount of Red, Blue, & Yellow values that are in the files from the forum. Pete
-
Bakaman - I like the lighting and it's easy to revert back to the original cockpit lighting if you try it and don't like it. Feel free to contact me via PM if you have any other questions.Pete

Rich does a great job getting the graphics very smooth in his repaints (N371BC done by him):Pete

Thomas Vandermeiren's Aer Lingus repaint. Thanks Thomas, I've had a lot of fun flying this one around.Pete
-
That looks like a nice repaint Chris. I'm sure if you get it uploaded to AVSIM it will be downloaded many times.Pete

I have a glass eye and am missing a hand, so it would be hard to do repaints even if I had Photoshop....I really apprecipate (sorry, glass eye popped out again) all the work repainters do.Pete
-
Hear! Hear!, I agree.
-
All,Rich Sennett has posted a repaint of a United 737-700 in the PMDG forum. It's available here: http://www.mediafire...f8m02cco8w31x8gPete

Sorry Heliguy, but your timeshare on the BBJ has expired.

Thanks John:

I'll second what Dennis says. The effort and talent put forth by the repainters in this forum is more than appreciated and significantly boosts the NGX experience. Pete
