  1. I would love a 777F FedEx with HUD/EFVS as an addon
  2. Best simmer's way of life ever :LMAO: ( and good point too )
  3. If you are reluctant to give you cc to Msft, you can buy Microsoft Points Cards on retail shops.
  4. You summarized exactly what I have in mind :why Microsoft is so closed on its communication, whereas they have probably the platform of the future in their hands ... They have nothing to fear.
  5. Merci Pierre ;)Usefull information !
  6. As far as I know, there is no full installer available yet, only the web installer.
  7. Hi, I can't give you any information regarding ATi cards, but I can confirm it works with Nvidia Sli / dual Gpu cards and 3 screens.During the beta, I noticed a lot of artefacts and bugs related to SLi. Performances was great.I hope this new build improve the SLi support ( the next Nvidia drivers may help too ) .
  8. This is exactly the point of my previous message :) They are playing a risky game because the simmer community is not patient ... and some may not be able to read between the lines or understand the strategy to wider the audience. Look at the Flight facebook page, this is stunning ... Then, you have the 3rdParty/sdk controversy ...
  9. I don't think it is comparable :From day 1 Msft published the Hawaii related screenshots, I said : "I am sure it will be free on hawaii, and other area will be DLC" . I am sure a lot of simers had the same idea. Msft was teasing and it was obvious marketing :) There was no lie involved, and they did not have to react. But today, they are communicating on a good product the wrong way : Flight is a flight simulator, with all code and features needed to performs IFR flights, there is no doubt about it.But they are marketing it at the CES targeting a wider audience, by presenting casual and gaming features. This is a huge mistake. The simmers community has to be reassure, and they are ignoring it. The most ridiculous thing is that a simple video with a jumbo jet and a simple ILS landing would have been good enougth to do the job ...They have to react and be fast enough ...
  10. This is what scares me ... Msft can react ... I am sure they will react. But they must react quickly !I am sure that Flight code and architecture is excellent, and the beta offers a great overview of some improvements for who knows what to look at, but the average sim guys are not all game or software developers, and they need obvious proofs that the box contains the cat ... but today, they are all convinced the box is empty ...
  11. +1 But I am still very suprise that Msft does not react officialy : if they wait too much, it will be too late ...
