  1. FS2Crew more so simulates the flight-deck actions rather than passengers and fuelling, but we see what Brain has in his mind. More suitable job for that is FSPassenger. Gött ó see någon mer från Göteborg B)
  2. Some nice pics there. You are right that ORBX did a good job on the NZ islands. My self found a smaller airline, called Sounds air, the use Cessna -208 -206 and 172. The mostly go out from Wellington and have a rather small network, down to Pikton, Nelson and to the national parks on the south island. The flight route gets you near the scenery and the landscapes.
  3. I don´t think it will be implemented as a command in FS2Crew, since the action in real world is to push the disconnect button twice. First to disconnect the AP. Second to silence the alarm. You can set a keyboard key to do this, but I am afraid it is not possible to set up a controller key, but I might be wrong. It is located in the MCDU, from the main page: >PMDG Setup >Options >Key Command >Autoflight >Page 8/8 >Autopilot Disengage Switch. When pushed twice, the AP will disengage, and the alarm will sound three times. Once again, only works for a keyboard key.
  4. Not surprised, they made the flying community disappointed. Microsoft Cancels "Flight", Staff Laid Off
  5. Are you using the same e-mail that you bought the product with?
  6. Done it a few times and it was done in under 20 min. Not true, people are allowed to stay on-board, the only thing is that seatbelts is NOT to be fastened, and also only the front lavatory is to be used, if I remember correctly, so in case of an evacuation no one gets stuck. The the OP¨s question. There is no way to turn it off, what you can do is time skip.
  7. Quality Wings just released their BAe 146 for FSX. Air France operate those on various flights through Europe.
  8. Might be a stupid question, but.... What ID's are you using. London Heathrow is EGLL and Dublin is EIDW.
  9. I uploaded it to RapidShare. Please let me know if problems still exists.
  10. Hmm, sorry about that. The forum tells me I am not allowed to upload a file of that kind. Give me a min.
  11. Hi all. Just got a little bored and started to add the airports that ORBX have, and are making, in the AU, NZ area on Google Earth. Thought if someone is interested, I might share it. ORBX Google Earth Airports with no marking are pay-ware airports. Airports marked with a * is free-ware airports. Airports with in brackets () are under development and are not yet released.
  12. When they first released it, LDS did not know about it, but the maker contacted them after. On the forum, they say that it is no problem, but just want to make it clear that the texture is not under their costumer support.
  13. Well, I do not think I searched the support forum, but the general forum, so that might explain why nothing came up.
  14. Just FYI. A re-install fixed it. Guess it was something with the ground mapping. Such a beautiful airport.
  15. Thanks for the tip, I looked in the list and the library is above the airports, then the Australia scenery comes, so it should be correct. But I just noticed that it all looks random, now I just have a few bushes at the threshold but the rest of the airport is clean, as well as the ground texture is not correct, so something is missing, I will try a complete re-install.
  16. Yeah, was thinking about that, but I just wanted to throw in a ball here and hope I do not have to register at another forum. Worth a try.
  17. Hello I just installed the ORBX YBCS Cairns scenery for FSX with the 1.1 patch. The thing is that I get buildings, trees, bushes and building covering the whole airport. Anyone else had this before and now a fix? I did a search on the Orbx and on the WWW but did not find anything. With the default scenery it is nothing there. I have the Australia SP4 and also YBBN Brisbane, YBAS Alice Springs, installed with no problems. Thanks in advanced.
  18. Have you tried FlightRadar24? Sorry, did not research before posting, see that there is no antenna covering Pakistan.
  19. No worries, we are here to help. You can look at this video And just like Cessnaflyer stated, they stay on the glide path until they are above the runway and prepare for touch-down. I guess that was what the guy in the video meant, but to me it sounded more like during the approach at a point you leave it, which you don't, stay on it as long as possible. Hope this helps a little better.
  20. Correct Through the approach phase, when the aircraft gets low over the runway, you start you flare and you will have some ground effects that will make you float and leaving the aiming point. But technically you can follow it all the way to touch down, it might be a bit hard since you are descending at 800 ft/min.
  21. Is anyone else having problems in the mission? I tried it today, and could not climb over FL260. Scratched my head for a while and deleted weights, still no result, til I noticed the TAT was +41*C at FL260. Just my sim? I will try it late today to see if the problem still exists.
  22. I downloaded it no problem what so ever. I could upload it to Avsim, unless Mr.Migliola do it, but it look a little bit wrong, like I made the file. Also Mr.Migliolia, is it a lot of work making it a -600? Do not get to fly that bird a lot and I love to use it.
  23. Why the optimum distance, at least for an ILS, to catch the glide-slope is 10-5 nm from the thresh-hold. Which is the case in the video, if you watched it....
