Hi all I would like to know if the AMD 7 7700X is a good cpu for FS2004, FSX, and P3d 4.5. I currently have an I5 10600K. I have compared both cpu's, and the AMD comes out on top. But I remember reading about AMD cpu's not working great with the aforementioned simulators. Would appreciate some information. Thanks!

It is because this system is cheaper than the i7 systems, (on the sites i visited anyway) I know that the i7 processors are the way to go but i can`t spend more money than around 800 euros Thanks for the answer btw!

Hi all, I am thinking about buying this setup: AMD FX 8350 8-core 8x4.0ghz Gigabyte FX990 GeForce GTX 960 2gb Coolermaster B600 (600 watt) Coolermaster Hyper 103 cooler The system price would be 724 euro.. I have a couple of SSD`s that i would build into this system and i would use Windows 7 64 bit as the OS So how would FSX perform on this setup, with mostly medium settings? Thanks in advance

Good evening people, I am trying to find the best Bufferpools and RT settings for my setup, i am using FSX in DX10 mode, using the freeware shaders, and not yet Steve`s DX10 fixer, which i am going to buy soon... I have everything set up according to the DX10 guide, i know i won`t get very high FPS with this system, but i very much would like this to be as stutter free as possible...I have most sliders at medium and locked the FPS at 31... My system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit Intel Core i5 3,4 ghz 8192RAM Memory Nvidia GeForce GTX 750 2GB I have added these tweaks to the fsx config: Graphics: Highmemfix=1 MultiSamplesPerPixel=2 MultiSampleQuality=0 Display Wideviewaspect=true Main DisablePreload=1 FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.12 [bufferPools] UsePools=1 PoolSize=20971520 RejectThreshold=98304 I have setup inspector following the guide, Transparency Supersampling is 2x Sparse Grid Super Sampling.. Hi all, I use Just Flight`s Traffic 2005 and the Commuter Aircraft Pluspak 1.. Set up a test flight on the default Heathrow scenery, on runway 9R, with overcast skies.. I am getting excellent FPS, in the 30 range..I do however also get some micro stuttering, when i completely disable all AI traffic, the stuttering goes away, so i think it has something to do with Traffic 2005.. I have downloaded and installed ACA2005, and when i scan for errors i get a lot of them..Problem is i don`t know for sure what to do with them. Isn`t it strange that these errors occur with a payware program btw? I hope someone can help me fix the errors and the stutter.. Regards.

Hi all, I have been experiencing this phenomenon on every system i had so far, so maybe this can`t be fixed... I have this stutter on every airport, with every aircraft i have used. During flight i get 30 FPS and smooth flying almost all of the time.. It is not a very big deal, i am happy i got smooth flying but still am curious to if someone else experiences this and has a solution... Here some info on my system, which runs with Windows 7 64 bit: Intel Core i5 3570CPU at 3,40ghz 8 GB RAM Nvidia Geforce GTX 750 2gb video LG E2442 widescreen monitor FSX runs on a seperate SSD, with 63,2 GB free... I use NVIDIA Inspector to set up the profile I use medium slider setup, and also have tweaked the cfg with: HIGHMEMFIX FIBER_FRAME_TIME_FRACTION=0.10 [JOBSCHEDULER] AffinityMask=14 [bUFFERPOOLS] UsePools=1 PoolSize=2097152 RejectThreshold=262144 I hope someone has some advice, Regards...

Hi all.. i'm having a problem with readabillity of the gauges (the numbers inside them) this occurs in the vc of the Wilcopub Ejets v1..i have this plane for both fs9 and fsx and the strange thing is that the vc gauges in the fs9 version are very sharp but in the fsx vc they appear distorted.. of course fs9 and fsx are two different simulators but is it maybe possible that the two use different fonts in the vc? Maybe i could try to use the fs9 fonts for fsx so i would like to know if that is even possible? I hope someone understands my question and can help me with this problem... regards.

Good evening, got this annoying problem only in the VC of the Wilco E Jets...I am running FS9 with Rex textures and SweetFx..i use Nvidia inspector to enhance the quality also..i have tried lots of settings in either FS9 and Inspector but the problem is not fixed.. my pc specs: Windows 7 64 bit Core I5 3.4 ghz Nvidia 640gt Ssd hd i suspect the videocard is the bottleneck and i might replace it with an Nvidia 750ti... you guys think that this problem may be fixed with that new videocard? I haven`t registred the product, can`t seem to find a way to do so i`m afraid, isn`t it perhaps done using the account tab on the tablet? It crashes when i try to access that..

Good day all, When i try to access the Account Settings tab on the tablet, the tables performs a CTD..I have searched a bit for a solution but it seems the Airsimmers website is down.. I hope someone knows of a fix to the problem.. Thanks in advance.

I have done that, copied the content from all four game discs onto the USB stick, when i try to install the game to my laptop however, it goes along until FS9 asks me to insert disc 2 into the drive...since i am installing from an USB stick, how can i make that work so the game continues installation??

Would you please tell me how to do that and which software i need? If not too much trouble of course..

I`ll try that, i`ve just been reading the manual about LCC, i mostly fly the Wilco E jets Embraer 170, and with the DHM it is much more realistic..Great program!

Hi all, i like to fly with DHM enabled..it really ads a lot to the immersion.. Whenever i am in VC and try to move forward or back the eyepoint using CTRL BACKSPACE and CTRL ENTER the viewpoint is immediately reset back to how it was..Is there a way to move the viewpoint without being reset?? Thanks in advance..

Have you changed things in the FSX config file also?

Good evening all, I am not a real world pilot, so i do not know if this is realistic, but it seems to me that whenever i fly a plane in FSX, even when there is turbulence, it seems to fly super smooth, it does not feel like flying in real weather, more like flying on a "railway" I have FS GLobal Real time Weather and the registered FSUIPC4, are there maybe recommended settings for these add ons to get a more realistic flying experience?

Good day all, I have a question about the Wilcopub Embraer 170, which i am using very much lately..Sometimes when i am doing the approach, FS9 does a CTD..looking at the logbooks i see the fault lies withing the EJet.gau gauge..Is there someone who has experienced this and has a fix for this?..It seems this happens more when there is a 'discontinuity' message displayed on the FMS..What does this mean? Thanks in advance..
