  1. The Siberians are painted green, indeed. But you discovered the central Asians... Well so. I spot an Itek air 737-200 from Kyrgyzstan at your pictures! And those Sibir Il-86 are so "historic" as the whole Transaero and Moskovia fleets being parked there...
  2. Hi, just as "heads up". First impression: Rather like Tallinn than like Sheremetyevo. Only problem I recognize after a short visit: My graphic card's problem with mipped textures. Regards, Harald P.S. Those who use the SBAI Mi-8 package with heliports may experience an altitude anomaly at the apron. Setting the LUK1 heliport to the altitude of DD's airport solves that.
  3. I dont know. The scenery is declared as for FS9, but it would be worth a test.
  4. You will love this airport even more if you have a lot of Russian AI-traffic, preferably from before the state closed or took over quite some private airlines. No other Moscow airport is that colourful traffic-wise.
  5. Double jetways. The file AES detects and deactivates has a different name.
  6. Hi Raul, unfortunately, the RXP gauges including the weather radar gave trouble already at my WinXP system. I therefore modificated my panel into an "RXP-free" one, having older plane versions with more classic avionics in mind (you can see my panel here). Following the change to Win7, I never used or even tried any RXP gauge in the Bonanza. Regards, Harald
  7. Well, in terms of FPS the new version, while not being as good as others (although being situated in a quite demanding area, with at least two other huge and much more smaller airports in vicinity) shows a remarkable improvement on my system. However, there are still some bugs: - The afcad seems to need correction, I spotted an old MD-11 freighter somewhere at Terminal D. - AES has a problem even after "resync" (double gates), you have to go to the scenery folder of UUEE and to deactivate the file "UUEE_Jwys.bgl". - The most shocking fact is, however, one that DD can't be blamed for: They removed the classic Terminal B with the well known "grib" satellite and replaced by an ugly, misproportioned monster building...
  8. Hi, in my case, the A36 works fine under Win7 64bit. With that plane, I haven't had the problems that I described for the B727 above at all. RXP GPS wasn't a problem for me as I deactivated it already at the times of WinXP, and then I applied my modification to the new install as well. Regards, Harald
  9. At least DD posted it in their dedicated thread for the FS2004 version.
  10. I'm so free to cite the answer to my ticket from SimMarket: "The file currently available for download in your account is the latest which they have sent us and all other shops yesterday. We already informed them about their mistake but besides an auto reply stating that they will be on holiday until next week there was no answer yet. you will be notified when the correct file is available."
  11. Same here. Wrote a ticket at SimMarket...
  12. Utah again... #7 looks so unbelievable real.
  13. The freshly repainted vehicles give this nice scenery the "dot on the i." Many thanks!
  14. hgschnell, you were right: Crashes occur in spring, summer and fall - no crashes in winter. I have left the info at DD's forum.
  15. Honestly spoken: no, I haven't - although it would explain why I landed without problems in winter while the sim crashes in spring.
  16. Hi, yes, I deactivated scenery\EURE, too, in a second test. FS9 crashed after five minutes.
  17. Hi Martin, many thanks, much Spaß here! Finally, I set all entries in scenery.cfg to ACTIVE=FALSE except the FS9 stock entries and EPWA as well as Warsaw city. Furthermore, I deactivated all AI traffic. The crash came after less than five minutes. Can't decide yet if I search on for the faulty file or leave it as it is because I mostly fly at daytime... All the best! Harald
  18. Until now: Yes. P.S. I began to believe in such a simple thing as a faulty AI plane texture. But I frankly don't believe that so many simmers with this problem have exactly the same AI traffic.
  19. I give up my struggle to understand what's going on here. Now the crash returned even without the *trees*.bgl files. Have no idea what happens here.
  20. Compared with states like... let's say... California or Arizona, I never had a strong imagination of the state of Utah. But since viewing your posts, HLJames, I'm sure Utah is one of the most beautiful states.
  21. Actually, there were clouds over Kharkiv, and above them (and quite some miles away) was the sun.
  22. Quite erratic, sometimes the crash came after two, sometimes after ten minutes. However, the time wouldn't have been enough to approach, land and taxi.
  23. Hi, today I made a night flight from Kharkiv to Warsaw. I kept the "*trees*.bgl" files all deactivated and was able to finish the flight with some texture loading problems (discussed in DDs forums yet), but without crash. That included flying one of the curved STARs, final approach, taxiing to the gate and bringing the plane into cold and dark state.
  24. I always love your desert shots, HLJames. And what a contrast to German autumn. I hope you enjoy every flight to Tegel as long as flying there is still possible... I will miss that airport.
