I uninstalled FSX, re-installed and got the same error message. I give up hope, I guess I'll only fly clear skies from now on... no foggy approaches anymore oh well.

Ill rename my logbook. The FSSAVE file just appeared in the folder along with the others. I'm not loading a saved flight, it just happens with any weather type that isn't "clear skies". Edit: Did that, and did some flying in a WSS Piper Seminole doing the pattern at Phoenix/Mesa airport with "Fair weather" which made scattered clouds. Stayed below about 2,500 ft, and I had no problems. Next flight I loaded the default FSX Agusta Westland Helicopter around KSFO with "fogged in" selected. Worked fine for 5 min, then a random crash. I did see that there was a new .WX folder added from the previous flight. Should I delete that and see if that works?

It crashed right after it created "program created temporary flight.FLT/.WX/.FSSAVE in the folder the same as the config right after I selected real world weather. I did not mess with any settings.

I did all those steps, and the game worked, but after I reached like above 500ft after takeoff, it crashed again with weather.dll being the issue. Also, when I selected use real life weather updated every 15 min from the weather menu, the game crashed again right there, before I even loaded a flight right after it downloaded jeppesen weather. I really don't want to uninstall but it may look like I will have to... Any other ideas? Should I delete the weather.dll and somehow get a new one, or will I have to uninstall? Edit: Loaded a WSS Piper Seminole at my local airport with Fair weather setting on, and the game crashed within 5 seconds with a fatal error due to the weather.dll file.

Ever since I re-installed my PMDG 777 onto my FSX:SE, I've gotten crashes with the file causing it being weather.dll. I've read all the previous topics about this, deleted every single .WX file on my PC, and deleted the fsx.cfg in order to get a new one. I even uninstalled the PMDG 777 and re installed it. The only way I can fly is with the settings being on clear skies, but I want to do some real life weather, as clear skies is starting to bore me (you can understand, right?) The game has a fatal error and CTD a few seconds into the game, no matter what aircraft of where I am, or even what weather type, as long as it is not the clear skies setting. I don't want to uninstall, as I have TONS of addons in the game right now (6 years of accumulating payware) that I spent 2 weeks installing. It just happened after the PMDG 777 was installed. Help please!

You should make sure Chicago X is higher than UTX in the sceenry configurator.

Well, I would just like to know if this would work with that software, and if I should upgrade my PC or not.(and the PC is a dual core processor.)Also, those requirements might not be correct. I downloaded the freeware scenery, klax_287532.zip, and I installed. When I ran the sim, there were no gates, but a bucnh of AI where they're supposed to be, and a lot of them. I liked how it fixed the AI, but no gates. I unistalled it, and this time the gates were missing, AND the ai were fvery low, and airlines were all over the place. Could you please tell me how to fix the Addon scenery so the gates will work? thx.

It was the FPS limiter RAR, and inside was the .exe for it. When i ran it, it said it couldn't run because hookhelper wasn't in my computer, when it was inside the rar.

Hey., Thanks for this tool. I finally go taround to using it, and it was great. Just one thing. It told me this. "We suggest to try setting FPS to unlimted inside FSX, and use an EXTERNAL FPS limiter. You'll experience a massive performance increase. Download the limiter here" I did, but whenever I try to start the insteller exe, it says it doesn't have something when it does. Then I re-downloaded it, and still it didn't work. please help. Thx

Hey Guys I am a big fan of British Airways, and I want to have an accurate 747-400 with RR RB211 engines. I found the Posky 747-400 v4 model for fs2004, but not FSX. COuld anyone show me where the model and animations are for FSX, and there is a virtual cockpit?

I think i would go for which ever you want. The big question is are you a experienced simmer, and would start up cold and dark, or would you like to take a step back, and work your way through to cold and dark. If you answered 1, PMDG NGX. If 2, ifly NGX. I also like the configuration tool iFly gives you. you can choose a whole lot of theings, even how each repaint panel displays. But the choice is up to you. I would like to also know if anyone knows when PMDG is planning to release their 737-600,700 for FSX.

I have Ultimate traffic 2, and It's great. I would reccomend also Ultimate terrain Europe, and North America, as well as REX, which is an amazing addon. If you want a cheaper 737-800, I would go for the iFly 737 NGX series, which is really realistic, and has the -600,-700,-800,-900 too.

I have the wilco E-jets to, the Airbus X, Harrier jump jet, and 737 PIC classics. So, what am I supposed to do?

I take off from heathrow in the Captain sim 767 cold and dark, and use ATC and proper procedures all the time. But once a while, I'll take the Captain sim Weapons for a spin.

Well, the biggest problem is that Wilco/Feelthere did something, and now my PMDG 737-800/900 and 747X crashes FSX right after this message. PMDG.overhead cannot find PMDG options!
