No it isn't.I can't confirm any reportet issue here in forum (autobreak, barometer setting, panel freeze, autopilot, ...) For approach you have to tune also F/O side. Regards

Due to the fact, that 90 % of the reportet bugs are caused by inability of the self-appointed 737 Pilots I be afraid thatwe will see a dramatic inrcease of problems for those who have not any problems with the NGX RTM - Version (including myself).To avoid any problems i will refuse also the upcoming SP1 and also the 600/700.Why shall I fix something when there is nothing to fix? Hi, deinstall this damned FSX acelleration pack and use FSX + SP2 and take notice what JasonG said. Make sure your Bios time and date are correct and also in windows.2. Right click on FSX.EXE file and set it to always run as administrator.3. Make sure FSX is not installed in the Programs folder.4. Ok,I prefer the "lot of little" errors, but no freezes and CTD. I didn't have probs with the terrain display and also not with the Baro setting knob (indicates as well Baro settings as RA settings right).When i read those toppics where people rolled back to the RTM Version and CTD and freezes after hotfixes, than I am be able to live without NGX expansion. NEVER CHANGE A RUNNING SYSTEM!!!Regards

Hello, I have already installed the released version 1.00.2888 of the NGX without any problems. Within 3 weeks 84 flights accomplished, No CTD, no freezes, I am really happy and enthusiastic.I am looking forward the upcoming release of the expansion 737-600/700Will it be possible to purchase and install the expansion on base of the originally released version 1.00.2888 ?The NGX on my system is so stable, I don't have intentions to install any hotfixes or SP. Excellent report, nothing to add, but I eliminated my g3d.dll errors over OrbX Sceneries (especially over/at YBBN) by deleting the freeware OzX Libs from the FSX library. Regards

I have an German OS. I don't know how it is in an engl. Ver. of Win7.By right klicking on the desktop, you reach menu where you can find the grafic driver.There you can remove the driver before installing the new one. Regards

I never do express installs. I always first remove the old drivers before install a new one. Regards

I'm using a Nvidia GTX580 in combination with an Intel Core i7 980X.With the latest nVidia drivers 280.26 (released 09.Aug.) and 275.33 (rel. 01.06.) I have a graveframerate loss especially playing Microsoft Flightsimulator X. The Frameratesare exactly halved and FSX in some situations isn't playable.The last good driver for FSX was the Version 270.61 released 28.04.2011I recommend to download the archieved driver 270.61 on the nVidia homepage.A Simmer who is living next to me made the same experience with a core i7 and a GTX260. http://www.nvidia.co...aspx?lang=en-us Regards Ps. Believe it or believe it not. I have 9000h online experience. And its not the first time, that IVAP made problems with dll - errors after a framework update. With the next framework update maybe all is fixed again.Thuesday I flown from Tampa to Chicaco O'Hare with the 748i and a had also an IVAP crash. Since the NGX release everyone is only flying this plane. Try for a couple of ours another plane and you will see ist happens also-by the way, today the whole day i don't have an IVAP crash. Regards

Hello, I want to remember that there where 2 major updates for Framework installed at 09. and 15. August delivered by microsoft updater.Since this moment I have also IVAP crashes, but not before this update and also not with the NGX.Accidentally the release from the NGX and this update was nearly the same day.The IVAP crashes are not caused by the NGX! Regards Edit: I looked in the history of microsoft update. The second update was at the 10th August. Will ist be necessary to install the SP1 additional on a proper installed NGX as released (without any hotfix installed before), or it it possible to insall the upcoming SP1 over the NGX with installed hotfix? Hello, you have to distinguish. I have had problems in this area also, but with all aircrafts. In your case it seems to be alsoa g3d.dll crash, regardless to the NGX. Regards

Hello, reading your post, i had an idea and tried another route.Yesterday it was also possible to land at YBCS without problems. Then I tried always programming a flight from YBCS to YPDN (Darwin) and that caused this freeze.Now I am flying from YBCS to YSSY. The setup of the FMS made no problems, I got no freeze.Maybe, there is an error in the current Airac cycle. Michael
