Hi everyone, Sorry if it is the wrong forum to start this topic. Please change the location if this is wrong. I am having a problem with FSX airport ground textures. It happens at every airport. The textures flicker constantly and it is really annoying. I have some screenshots which might help explain. I am using DX9. Sorry about the zoom. The textures flicker can be seen at the terminal in image 1 and 2.

I am also aware but it is not high quality, it is for casual simmers. Not for serious simmers. I have both the RFP and Justflight but they are not complex.

If PMDG made the classic 747 series: 747-100/-200/-300, that would make the complete family of 747. Just a thought.

i think the main purpose of screenshots is to confirm if they have any errors. maybe they never get to know the pitch trim handle and when they release, all simmers would be complaining.

Me too. I would never buy the CS just for the EFB. The overall 777 from the PMDG will be much better.

I think CS has an EFB. Well yeah it is just a preview. And i really like the overall detail of the VC.

the pitch lever looks a bit squeezed. I might be wrong but looks a little small than the trim lever.

Lets keep our hopes high. The VC shots reveal that much of the development is done. Maybe we could get it next week but Its Ready When Its Ready.

Much better to watch tutorials on youtube. They provide the same information unlike the pointer in AoA is an airplane.

Well if the 77L can do 11,664 nautical miles, it can do probably any destination as per my calculation.

JFK to EDDF and onto WSSS! That would be a hell of a flight for passengers of JFK going to WSSS.

I would fly some domestic routes in America to get used to it (probably KORD to KPHX and KLAX to KPHX and onto KLAS or PHNL). Then after buying the -300ER, i would fly SIA or CX.

Well i read on a website that the route was being replaced by the 777. And it may have one stop.

Well the 777 would be a good replacement for the short hauls i do with the 747.

I completely agree with you. My main point is that the cabin sounds should look really close to this. I have been in a 777 cockpit and the sound looks mostly like this one. Maybe i did not notice the other ones.

I think this route is flown by Singapore Airlines A340-500. But, maybe the 77L would be a better choice. Can this plane takeoff from small airports? If it can connect any 2 airports, it should have some sort of ability.

I have read in a lot of books and websites but is the 77L really able to fly between any 2 places in the world?
