February 20, 201313 yr Commercial Member Captains- In a few moments, we are going to be taking all of our public resources offline for a few hours in order to update some back end equipment that will enable better load balancing of the nine machines that will be involved in handling the launch of the 777.... This is not a "sneak attack release" of the 777... It is just routine maintenance that we needed to get accomplished prior to release and all resources will be back online during the course of the overnight period. This outage will impact EVERYTHING, since we are killing the data bridge that connects all of our systems together- so you won't be able to reach support, eCommerce, activation, downloads, etc...
