  1. I switched to Legacy mode but the bug is still there. Some mouse clicks are not registering and I end up having to click twice or thrice. It happens randomly. I wonder if Lossless Scaling is causing this although I've been using it for a long time without such symptoms. I will test nonetheless and report back. Thanks.
  2. Watch this. Very informative and will help you with your decision. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pzeN3PjISNM
  3. I have a 3090 with 24GB VRAM and run MSFS 2024 at 1080p with DLAA and texture resolution set to Ultra. VRAM usage easily reaches 12 GB at heavier third-party quality airports like JetStream LSGG or Aerosoft Frankfurt. At other less demanding airports, VRAM usage hovers between 9 and 10 GB. I would imagine that bumping from 1080p to 4k would get too close to comfort for 16 GB but I will leave this for those running at 4k. I know that bumping down from Ultra to High for texture resolution does not make a huge visual difference but it has a significant impact on VRAM usage.
  4. Thank you for the input. The controller software I have running is MobiFlight so I can use my WINCTRL PAP3 to control the autopilot and AAO to control buttons using my Stream Deck XL. That's it.
  5. Yes I meant clicking sorry not flicking. Thank you for the input. The problem occurs with both the mouse and the web fmc running on my tablet. I will use the Legacy setting and report back. Thank you for the tip! Cheers.
  6. For those flying the Avro RJ in MSFS2024, do you face a problem sometimes where flicking the FMC buttons requires two or three clicks to register? I started learning and flying this place 2 weeks ago and I notice sometimes that the first click does not register. The same applies when using the WebFMC provided by AAO. It takes more than one click for the input to register. Anyone else facing the same issue? Thanks.

  9. Why 3.10.1 and not 3.10.4 which is the last version I use with my 3090? 3.10.5 and 3.10.6 provide no additional benefits for me with the 3090 but the 3.10.4 is rock solid.
  10. I'm going to crack open a cold one when the A220 and the 757 release. Hopefully in 2026 for both.
  11. Yeah it was a pretty good deal. It was used mind you but in excellent condition. It was going to be either than or a 5060 Ti 16GB for $550 so I went for the 3090.
  12. When I upgraded to MSFS2024, I realized that my 3070 with 8GB of VRAM was not going to cut it even at 1080p and low settings. I was running out of VRAM at the gate at Aerosoft Frankfurt. I ended up selling my 3070 for $210 and buying the 3090 for $480. That was an excellent upgrade for my use case.
  13. I'm also using 566.36 with my 3090 running both MSFS2020 and 2024. This driver is known to be the most stable for 3000-series and older cards . The drivers that came after it, although they provided DLSS improvements for 4000-series and 5000-series cards, proved less stable for 3000-series and older cards. I tried many newer drivers that would eventually end in a sim crash and I would revert to 566.36 and it would deliver a stable and crash-free experience. Since I don't rely on DLSS and use TAA instead with 24 GB of VRAM available, 566.36 is ideal for me.
  14. I found 2024's settings when it comes to frame rate cap and dynamic settings to be a huge improvement for medium hardware compare to 2020 where these features did not exist and you had to rely on an external frame limiter.
