I have read the forums but I still cannot get ASN to work with Simconnect, so if anyone can help please.. on my laptop I have FSX Acceleration SDK 3 x Simconnect clients 60905, 61242 and 61259 I have put the Simconnect cfg file in main folder of ASN On server machine (running FSX) I have FSX acceleration FSX SP2 SDK 2 x clients 61242 & 61259 I run Plan G with FSUPIC and WIdeFS with no problem, can I do same with ASN, or must use Simconnect? Anyone an idea why ASN will not connect?

Intresting topic guys. I could see the trim units, if I hovered my mouse over the wheel, after a reinstall of the 737 it is not happening now, anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Has anyone successfully configured their TrackIR5 hardware to work the the 737NGX, and are they willing to share their profile, or if they have a link. I have already tried to use the "seth profile" on their web site and it does not work for me. if so I would be very grateful, as I am ready to ditch the TiR, and go back to using my very reliable Ezdok. 1.17 Many Thanks.

Frogive me if this is not the right place to post my topic. Has anyone else using the excellent product for PMDG had this problem. I have used the 737NGX with Ezdok v1.17 very well for many months, with no issues of moving between panel views. Recently I purchased TrackIR5 with the Eazy Pro Clip attachment. I have excellent views laterally i.e. left and right, and straight ahead. My problem is when I raise or lower my head to look at either the overhead panel or the pedestal. I have the limited views, for the overhead, I can only see upto the fuel pumps and APU, after that if I turn my head the view becomes distorted, and I cannot activate the switches etc; When looking down, I cannot see below the PFD and ND, the CDU and Pedestal are impossible to see. I spoke with support to TrackIR they said the problem could be either with the aircraft or FSX, but they did not know enough about either products to give me further advice. If anyone has had this problem would they tell me how they fixed it. Thank you As I said if this is not the correct forum for this post, apologise.

Hello gb and badfinger. Yes, I do have two logins same person.. I though the Kalibra had been disabled, as it had not been used for a very long time. gb, I am not sure if that is a good or bad thing.. 4bit, never heard of that one. Is it fixable .. I have done research and reading some posts it seems issues with this software can be solved by completely removing all files and folders. Then doing a fresh install from scratch... I still have the original download from flight1 backed up.. I am out of ideas about this problem, so I will try the fresh install, and see if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Hi all. I apologise for not replying sooner, was overseas on business. No success with this problems, if anyone has any suggestions to fix this problem, I would appreciate it. This time I have attached two screenshots 1) with Ezdok installed, 2) without.

gobz. colors, are washed out and resolution is 800x600 16 colors. I am trying to see if I can upload screenshot to the forum. Gobz, I am new here can you tell me can I do that, and if so how? Thanks. I am not using windows drivers.. my setup is Nvida 660Ti boost 2Gb,, card The monitor is a Benq2420ZTL 24" monitor All my other add-ons Aerosoft Airbus Extended Mega scenery, GSX My Traffic 5.4c all are running at 1920 x 1080, 32 colors. gobz That did not work, so I removed FSX and all add on's, and like all flt simmers reinstalled everything from scratch. All went well until I installed EZDOK, then the problem happened again, so uninstalled EZDOK, video,display returned to true 32 bit colour. Hi Familyman I checked that and it is set to 32 bit colour, and resolution is 1920x1280, so that is not the problem. All other programs run just fine it is only FSX. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

I would appreciate help with this problem, I experienced for the first time today. I am running FSX Sp2, my rig has 16Gb of DDR3 RAM, and the display card is a , Nvida 660 TI boost. No problem with video display in other programs. When I started FSX this evening, Everything was normal, except for the colours it displayed, it started in 16bit and not 32. I went in settings display, changed it back.to the normal 1920x1280 32 colours, which I use. restarted FSX, same problem.. Tried 3 times. Sorry to say, even if I press F1 on landing the engines do not shut down and I continue rolling down the runway, N1 shows about 40% even with throttles fully retared.. If any one has any idea willing, when I had my trusty sidewinder 2 I never had a problem but that stick as long gone... Thanks Kalibra.

Anyone know why this happens and has a fix? after engine start the throttles show about 18%, N1 when I advance throttles to taxi and the aircraft starts to move bringing throttle back to idle, and applying parking brake has no immediate effect aircraft continues moving forward for approx, 50 metres, and then stops even through the throttle is fully retarded. When I turn onto the runway and apply throttles and TOGA no problem, N1% increase and V1, VR. V2. are reached with no problem if I have to abort anything above 60 knots, I will run out of runway at Heathrow before it stops. I have become a friend of the clearway at the end of 9L .even applying parking brake and Pressing F2, for reverse thrust, no effect. Then coming into land after disconnecting AT, even with full flap so I am no faster e.g. then 135knts during roll out and fully retarded throttles, pressing F2 the aircraft just does not slow down, keeps rolling down the runway. eventually stopping. more gremlins.. I,thought it was a calibration issues, so recalibrated using CH software no improvement. Have no looked at FSX settings. also have FSUPC, but do not know how to use this software. Can anyone help, it really spoils a fantastic simulation with one of the best flight sim models out there today. all post are my own thoughts, unless you agree and then they are ours. Kalibra.

Has anyone a fix for this annoying problem! :Waiting: The aircraft, can be the 600/700 or 800/900 variant makes no difference during the countdown at "3", the N1 increases to 40/45%, the aircraft then moves forward off its stand, and I have to apply the parking brake, quickly, to stop it crashing!!! Go to lower panel and manually set them back to idle. I think it might be a setting in the profile, but I am not sure, if anyone can tell me how to fix it will be appreciated by a grateful pilot. My flight control system is the X52 and not the X52 Pro, I hope I have explained the problem clearly. Thanks.
