  1. I've done another flight and after flap 20 (20 being the landing configuration), I get again: Instead of "Landing checklist". Then pressing the "main buttton" has no effect. I have to click on the "arrow down" icon on the FS2crew strip shown above to advance to "Speedbrake-Armed". And the rest resume normally. Tomorrow I'll do a check flight with flaps 30. As I recall flaps 30 does not create this issue.
  2. Thanks you guys. We really need a landclass for the whole ASIA 😉
  3. Strange. Can you post a screenshot of your UCGX menu?
  4. I have tried again. This is what I did: Then the copilot sets the landing speed and flaps in the FMC: It is confirmed by the PFD: Then flaps 5, 1, gear down, flaps 20 are OK. But after flaps 20, in my understanding, Landing checklist should be displayed on the FS2Crew window. But instead I have this: I always use button control. Since day 1 I have never used voice control.
  5. Ticket submitted Your ticket has been successfully submitted! Ticket ID: 1PS-785-PN37
  6. Oh I see. Sorry, not being a developer, I was not aware for the PMDG SDK 'limitation'. My rationale was based on the fact that in my view, you already have access to many data (I think), to make the captain and copilot speak and act the way they do in FS2Crew products.
  7. Hi, After a flightsim pause I read that Orbx has paused/abandoned Open LC Asia. I'm really sad especially that I have now completed my collection of asian airports (Singapore, Tokyo, Hong-Kong, Taiwan...). Are you aware of a project of landclass for Asia by another developer? If there is one, the challenge would be to make it compatible with Orbx Base + Vector...
  8. Bryan and team, How about implementing an ATC ambiance for FS2Crew products? As a 'medium-core' simmer I don't want the additional workload of managing ATC communications procedures with softwares like Radar Contact and alike. However, I would be very interested by simplified 'ambiance' communications between the flightdeck and ATC. It does not have to be accurate. And by nature, it cannot be either of course. Departure/arrival runways, SID/STAR, transition level, position of the aircraft are available from the FMC, winds from the sim, and so on... in order to trigger or feed ATC messages content. What do you think personally? And do you think it can be of interest for a large fraction of FS2Crew users? I'm curious. Of course I realize that in case of interest, such a feature could be only implemented in the (very) distant future, taking into account addons updates already in your work pipeline, without speaking of MSFS2020.
  9. Bryan, Recently a flight simmer friend of mine read the FS2Crew website and the purpose and interest of FS2Crew addons were not clear to him. So he asked me and I explained to him. By doing that I realized that at the time of FSX, when I bought my 1st FS2Crew addon, I did not quite get all the interests of the product. And there were many interests that I discovered after using the product. Which drove me to the conclusion that the presentation of the product can be improved (in my humble opinion). I suspect that a non negligible fraction of the sales are derived from word to mouth between simmers (and not from reading the website). I volunteer to write a couple of shorts paragraphs to submit to you, for integration on the website,... if you are interested?
  10. You are most welcome Manuel. That is a sincere and honest feedback. Good to know that there are some update coming for UCGX. But as I said, I'm already very happy with the current UCGX (I only use a small fraction of the very extensive features).
  11. During the approach briefing I ask for flaps 20. Then the copilot sets landing vref and flaps in the FMC and it shows on the PFD. During the approach, the copilots sets flaps 1, 5, landing gear : no problem. Then I get this: I don't recall if that is before or after flaps 20. I read in the manual that "NOTE: A landing flap must be selected in the FMC the APPROACH PAGE or you will not be able to run the Landing Checklist." But that is the case. I will recheck but I don't have that problem with flaps 30.
  12. We are somewhat diverting from the OP question, but yes LFPG is aging. However it still does the job for me. Especially when I think to the now defunct Aerosoft LFPG which had a huge impact on framerate.
  13. Hello, LFPG for FSX/P3Dv3 was released initally in 2017. Later an udpdate for P3Dv4 was released. On simMarket, the update is 6 euros for owners of the previous version of LFPG purchased on simMarket. You might want to make sure that you have the latest version of LFPG. I don't use the xml method to install scenery, and instead do a standard installation. This is what I have on P3Dv4.5: It's fun that you live near KIAD and fly into LFPG. I live near LFPG, and KIAD (scenery by FlightBeam) is my favourite destination when I fly to the US.
  14. Quick answer as I am not at home. There has been an update 2 years ago as I recall. Check for updates files on Simmarket if you bought the scenery there.
  15. Oh cool! Found the option, it worsl! You guys rock! Personallly I have a very basic but satisfactory use of UCGX: automatic pushback, for the PMDG 777, from 3 main airports. That's it. And I'm happy with the as is product. But by curiosity do you plan for further developments/improvements on UCGX? By the way I want to take this opportunity to say kudos for all your product line (FS2Crew, UCGX). I cannot refrain from thinking that's a lot of work to develop but also to maintain and ensure support. Deep respect to all the team.
  16. Hi Bryan and Manuel, When I use FS2Crew for the 777, in button mode, the captain speaks and the co-pilot responds and reciprocally. When I use UCGX, in button mode, I really miss the captain speaking or answering when the ground speaks to him. For example: - Ground : please set the parking brakes - Captain : parking brakes set. - ... Do you have plans to implement such a feature? That would bring UCGX on par with... the other FS2Crew products.
  17. I did not because they do not always respond or take a long time to respond. I have only one Aerosoft scenery installed: Geneva.
  18. Many thanks. I have never used FranceVFR scenery.
  19. Hi, I have FlyTampa StMaarten and Orbx Vector running on a P3Dv4.5. The problem I have is that I don't get the FlyTampa custom autogen everywhere. I suspect it has something to do with Vector. But in VECTOR AEC I cannot select TNCM StMaarten to disable it.
  20. Hi both, Many thanks for your help. I ended up reinstalling. Please note that running the universal installer is... actually installing. There is no 'repair' choice unless I missed it.
  21. Hi, I had a 'p3d has stopped working', followed a tutorial and deleted : C:\Users\TONY\AppData\Roaming\Lockheed Martin\Prepar3D v4 C:\Users\TONY\AppData\Local\Lockheed Martin Unfortunately I forgot to make a backup. The 'p3d has stopped working' is gone but my FlyTampa sceneries too. I mean they are not recognized by P3D anymore because all my FlyTampa sceneries are still in : E:\P3D Main\FlyTampa My Aerosoft, FlightBeam and OrbX sceneries are still OK. Do I need to reinstall all the FlyTampa sceneries?
  22. Many thanks Bryan, I'll try tweaking and tinkering, I don't think you can help me more.
  23. Hello Bryan, Hope you are fine in these special times (COVID) and many thanks for your hint. I tried: Position = 2 ==> the menu sticks to the upper edge of the screen, and is horizontally centered. Position = 9 ==> the menu sticks to the upper edge of the screen, and is horizontally aligned left. I've tried all values up to 20 but have not found the "aligned right" yet. Those positions values are defined by PMDG or Lockeed Martin?
