Dear Jose, Looks like you have not changed much 😉 For airliners, I'm staying on P3Dv4.5. Got the PMDG 737 recently. For MSFS I'm not in a hurry, I'll wait for 1-2 years for when I'll change my rig and PMDG releases a 737 or 777 for MSFS. Actually, I was curious to see how XP has evolved using the AirfoilLabs C172. Did you install something specific to benefit of Vulkan for XP? It's unclear to me.

Hi mates, 1. I bought XP 11 late 2018. I am now re-installing it after an absence. I want a fresh installer so I think I need to download the current demo and enter my serial? 2. In my understanding, XP now takes advantage of Vulkan, which implies a more fluid display. Correct? 3. I'm on Win10, I have a GTX1080 and Nvidia drivers 457.51 Do I need to install something else to benefit of Vulkan in X-Plane?

Hi all, I've just installed REX Sky Force 3D. The cloud shown with the red arrow does not look right to me. It seems 2D whilst REX advertises 3D models, etc. What is your opinion? I confess that I am not very knowledgeable regarding clouds.

Hi, A while ago, I purchased REX Sky Force on https://www.justflight.com/ I'm considering to install it again so I logged to my Justflight account and downloaded the installer: rexskyforce_20200228.msi Can someone confirm that it is the latest version of REX 5 - Sky Force 3D? I remember that some folks had some crash using Sky Force. It is stable now? Thanks.

I bought 2 japanese little airports from Pacsim, which were OK but no more. However, I also got big asian airports (RKSI, RCTP, RPLL) and I am very pleased visually, fps wise, and from an atmosphere standpoint. There is also good attention and execution on the surroundings of the airports. I would not say Pacsim is at the same level as Flytampa/Flightbeam but close. I would say that Pacsim is like a Taxi2Gate when it was at its golden age a couple of years ago. Pacsim makes 'unusual' airports that other developers don't care about (their baseline says "scenes for pilots who deviate from the norm"), hence the higher price.

I would be interested to hear feedback too. The Clipper is more expensive than the PMDG DC-6 by 10$. As I recall in older Clipper version (for FSX?) there was some mini-sceneries goodies (water airports) included. It seems that is not the case here. What is it likee to do a transoceanic flight in this bird?

Hello Bryan and Manuel, The feature I use most - I can even say exclusively - is: Pushback / Computer pushback. From that perspective, I would much appreciate to be able to define a keyboard shortcut.

Hi everyone, I recall that 1 or 2 years ago, the developer of Chase Plane had potential plans to include a video recording feature. Do you know if this is still on the agenda? I'm asking here because it seems that since the developer implemented a dedicated support system, he does not visit or post much in the Chase Plane support forum here, on AVSIM.

I for one will stay on P3Dv4.5 for stil a while, until MSFS2020 matures (stability, functionalities..) and the release of PMDG and A2A aircrafts. Unless I misunderstood, I'm surprised the reason you mention (lack of scenery addons available for MSFS) because I see plenty of sceneries announced every week on FSElite, freeware and payware.

Problem: UGCX does not appear in the ADDONS MENU in FSX or P3D Solution: You forgot to ACTIVATE UGCX via the UGCX Config Manager, or your DLL.xml file is corrupt. Do not forget to click directly on "SUBMIT DETAILS". From the UCGX FAQ:

The EFB is not part of the update. The EFB will be provided with the 200-ER expansion. Once you get it, the EFB will be available to the 200-LR and F. If you don't buy the 200-ER expansion, you get no EFB for the 200-LR and F.

Thank you Bryan. Yes I saw the 'The airport [XWSS] has been IGNORED because it doesn't have either: RUNWAYS, PARKINGS or TAXIWAYS!' and indeed suspected it was related to the problem. I'm a 'high level' user and don't know how to check if that airport have AFCAD or not. If not, shame on imaginesim!

Hi Manuel, I have the 'Couldn't find the nearest airport to your current location!' for Imaginesim WSSS Singapore. I tried to exclude 'WSSS' and 'XWSS' because in the UCGX log I saw that there is a 'XWSS'. No result. I still have the error message. Below is my UCGX log (click on the spoiler).
