December 12, 200322 yr Build 72!!!Good news......Still waiting...Essono Fritz Best regards, Fritz ESSONO
December 12, 200322 yr Thanks for the update Robertjust interested, what kind of 'bugs' are you talking about? Like VNAV not working? or instability problems in FS2002/FS9?Looking forward to it!Regards
December 12, 200322 yr Trust me, if such things as LNAV etc had ANY ISSUES we would not give a green light! I am pretty sure you guys will be spending no time reporting anything serious whatsoever and more time filling the friendly skys with big grins. I expect many questions on operation/systems because the plane has advanced and many will ask "What does the real one do in this case" ;). So everyone, please READ THE MANUALS! And as my pappy use to say "this ain't your mama's airplane![h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/betaimg.jpg Randy J Smith
December 12, 200322 yr I'm sorry, please excuse my ignorance, but how has the situation changed since the last notam? We were told the EXACT same thing in the Notam posted on the 7th, the only thing that seems to have changed is the build number. The above email says nothing about being closer to release time.Sorry about coming accross as blunt, but this whole process is simply getting too frustrated.JohnP 2.53 GHZ512 RAMWINXPGFORCE 4 128MB Ti4600http://homepage.eircom.net/~eamonnmca/images/logo_ba.JPGwww.bavirtual.co.uk Senior Captain Simflight.com Staff Reviewerhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/IMAGES/logo_mini.jpg
December 12, 200322 yr Just a question : have you already tested the delivery method, is that still to be beta tested as well?Eric.
December 12, 200322 yr Very much closer than before John. This build should be the final build for testing before the release build for you guys. Robert wanted to let you guys know where we currently are. I am going over as much as humanly possible along with the other testers to hammer out any remaining items. Please bear with us today. We are on the home front! [h4]Best Wishes,Randy J. Smithhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/betaimg.jpg Randy J Smith

December 12, 200322 yr Thanks Rob, Randy, PMDG and the Beta Team.Just so you all understand, I don't want Beta V72 to be released....Don't do it.......please don't....I just love this suspension and I don't want this *pit* in my stomach to go away. The feeling is, dare I say.....orgasmic?Hold off till....say....after the new year. That'll give me plenty of time to pi** off the relatives due to my grumpy mood, build the kids bikes from "santa" and drink that one hot stubbie and stale buscuit, get rolling drunk at christmas lunch and run through the garden in my Speedo's.Ahhhhhh, the holidays. Don't you just love 'em?regards,Travis WaycottBrisbane, Australia**Let there be Speedo's for one and all this Christmas**
December 12, 200322 yr Travis, I just developed an unwanted "mental picture" of your above post:( Be afraid,,,very afraid! :)
December 12, 200322 yr If this new patch were a military contract there would be a Congressional subcommittee along with the GAO investigating PMDG by now. :) kiddingHappy HolidaysMerry ChristmasFleasonDavidNoel (whoever he is)Happy QuonzaHappy Hunnaka (sp)And finally, if you're British, have a fun Boxing Day
