Excellent shots, Peter. Looks like a great plane, too. Going to have to check this one out.

Peter,Please modify your SIG graphic to conform with Avsim rules.. thanks.See pinned topic at the top of the list.

No I certainly not NOT change my signature that I use everywhere and have done for years...Not under any circumstances. Remove my signature block if you like..But if you do, then you will never see another post from me.

Well put Peter, about time someone stood up for themselves on here.(apart from me :))Regards,Alexander Martin.

I like Peter's sig. Making it smaller would sort of mess it up.:)

Answer a question for me. Why do some of you think that the rules of these forums do not apply to you and when you are asked to do so you act like petulant children. These are not public forums nor are you paying for the privilege to use them. These forums are brought to you at no expense and through the long hours our volunteers put in. All we ask is that you abide by a few simple rules. My attitude right now is if you do not like our rules then take your postings some where else. As of right now we are instructing the moderators to strictly enforce the forums rules with no exceptions.Robert KirklandChief Operating OfficerAVSIM

Please don't think I am dis-respecting you by doing this but I recreated an alternative signature so you can stay. Please accept this signature banner below & take care sir. :)Sincerely Timhttp://forums.avsim.net/user_files/152411.jpg

Peter,I feel confident in saying that there are quite a few members of the Avsim forums that enjoy your posts. That said, I feel that you are making a mistake by making a stand against a rule that has been in place long before you decided to join.Just my $0.02 :)

I just don't understand what the fuss over sigs is all about? 300x100 vs 400x60? Granted i'm not one to speak up, but it's not like that makes a huge difference, does it? It is on a personal site, and there is no way loading a file under 100kb is a big deal...even to dialup users. That's my $0.02....

Well, the rules are the rules and it's our job to enforce them. Therefore it would be requested that all members fix their sig sizes.

Peter,I agree with you. Avsim editors here very frequently enjoy demonstrating how 'in charge' they are by making mountains out of molehills in regards to obedience to rules on posting. It gets ridiculous! Try the Microsoft-run forum on the alt.games.microsoft.flight-sim newsgroup (use can use the free Google news to access if your ISP newserver is a pain to use). Avsim editor types post on the Microsoft forum too mind you, but they don't have and never will have any administration rights there whatsoever. As Avsim editors gleefully point out on a regular basis, the forums here on the Avsim website are "not a democracy" :) Well, the Microsoft Flightsim forum IS a democracy. Say what you like, link anything ya want, have fun. If an Avsim editor tries to bug you on the Microsoft forum, simply tell 'em to flip off and mind their own insignificant business.
