Hi everyone,With the release of ActiveSky Version 6 and the associated interest this has generated, our servers are getting hit very hard right now and this will only get worse as the actual release occurs and everyone starts downloading a 45MB file at once. We have multiple servers in place (both website and wx), but as always during new releases sometimes the system just can't quite keep up. We apologize in advance if anyone is affected by this over the next few days.Concerning weather servers, the Primary weather server should be mostly unaffected as it is more isolated, and it would be a good idea to force the Primary Server in AS options if you experience any difficulties.Thank you for your understanding and support!Best,

Hi Ron,Yes, in the AS options screen there are two options "Force Primary Server" and "Force Secondary Server". Check the "Force Primary" and you're all set! Best,

Hi Damian and again thanks for this great "Christmas gift" :-) !!!Went to your site and maybe it's just me...but where do I find the download :-)?! Or maybe you had to remove it temorarily due to the heavy traffic on your servers?

They're just informaing us that the DL might overload the servers, so it's an early warning for those who come here and complain about a 5.00 KB/s DL speed or a server crash.Preemptive strike so to speak! LOL

HI David,If you have preference for futur update, how you would like to have your clouds looking type or others wish, just email me, I will do it, in the real worlds the cirrus can be dense to very thiny, and each one have their own preference, some like thiny subtle cirrus, others like more dense, smooth , more detailed clouds, same thing for the 3d clouds etc. All users can email me, there is no problem, I can do it and release for free as update. I have already new stuff in the works.
