Irish Scenery

Featured Replies

Hi All,Ireland currently has no scenery developed by professional software developers and currently members of Irish VA's / ATC have been inquiring to the major developers if they would show any interest in developing some.Currently we have only been shown some interest from Aerosoft who state that it would have to be justifiable to them to develop some, which is understandable. As a regular flyer with in Irish Airspace, I see a lot of traffic both local and from other sectors. We have started an online petition (yes we are not petitioning against anything laugh ) but it was a source were we could possibly demonstrate to Aerosoft that there would be a genuine interets for Irish sceneryPlease members, could you kindly show your support by signing your name to our list. All you need to do is click the link below and sign your name, no registration is requiredhttp://www.petition.fm/petitions/aerosoftirishscenery/Many thanks for your helpRegards

Done it. Great idea!

Added my name to this.Ireland definately needs some decent FSX scenery, especially the Dublin/Shannon areas/airports. You can get some of the IFSD airport scenery to work in FSX with liberal use of an electric saw, duct tape and a large hammer, but it's by no means perfect.True FSX Irish scenery please!!

Add my name to that list! :( It would be great to see some Irish scenery developed.

Great idea! My Wife and I just returned from Ireland. Drove everywhere, from County Claire to Dublin....and back again to Galway. What a beautiful Country. It NEEDS to be represented in FSX.Stan

Never even been to Ireland for real but my fav base airport happens to be Aldergrove for years now. I really have no idea why.... :( Did you know there's a wonderful FSX Belfast/Aldergrove scenery made by Gary Summons ? ( UK2000 ) http://www.uk2000scenery.com/newsite/My_Ho...les/Page28.htmlIf you ask me Gary seems to be the guy to turn to for more Ireland scenery. You know it's gonna be good if you have his FSX UK2000 Vol.1 and 2.Cheers,Jan
