Look great! Even though I don't fly tubeliners, I'm very anxious to see what kind of performance we get with it.

Best, Michael

KDFW

It's not accurate... I don't see my truck in the employee parking lot! :(

Mike W, Micheal, I was just thinking if you guys are close to dfw and have photos and info you should definitely send it to them, the more photos and info the better I'm looking forward to flying some md80s to dfw.

I'll let you know how it is when I am flying over your house enroute from MCkinney, lol.I figure even though it will be more complex, it will probably be about the same or maybe even better performance than the default DFW since they use LOD techniques for the objects they place. Every airport I have purchased from them performs very well, similar to how FlyTampa products perform.I wish both firms, FSDT and FlyTampa, had larger staffs so that they could populate our FSX worlds faster.

This is great news! I am really hoping that we will get taxiway A, B, Y and Z with roadway traffic beneath them as in real world. This type of 3D modeling was previously modeled in Simflyers KPHX and now seen in several Aerosoft Germany Airports. I will take reduced fps numbers with more visually accurate airport terrain. I might not have a 10 gallon hat, but my birth certificate still reads "Dallas, Texas". And while I am still learning the Leonardo Maddog, I will definitely be looking forward to this release. I still remember those early childhood travels asking "Are we going to fly on AA? I want to go on AA this time" and getting those little wings to pin on my shirt. Here's a picture of Taxiway A from the ground.

Hi Keith I miss those days I remember getting the little wings in a American airlines flight since I asked the flight attendant if the pilot would let me see the cockpit I was around 8 or 9 years old I hope I'm wrong but I don't believe they will model the taxiway ab y z of the roadway due to the size of the airport and fps, so that's a good question to ask over there forum.

I would not count on underneath taxiway traffic, they (FsDreamteam) did not model this in their KORD..... :( Last flight i made there, i almost collide with a semi taxiing to the ramp:Just Kidding:

I knew their KORD product came without this vertical displacement of infrastructure over ground and roads. I even remember seeing a forum where someone asked if that feature would be included. These are the sort of things that make my air travel interesting and seeing the unique construction at different airports is what I enjoy. Everything else continues to improve in flight simulation scenery except for improving the default flatness on airports. Altogether, I know this KDFW will be the best so far.
