I am not falsely accusing Eaglesoft of anything. But I can see I must be more precise in my questions:
  1. Did the Eaglesoft website say that the Citation X supports Custom Waypoints and Editable Waypoints?
  2. Does the Citation X support these waypoints?

Eaglesoft cannot deny that the answer to 1 is Yes and the answer to 2 is No so that Eaglesoft did make a false statement. Weasel words like due to delays, [cause to actual performance or delivery] those statements were in effect rendered void really mean that they were rendered false. Also in revised the website text to reflect the [changes to actual performance or delivery] and avoid any misleading statements in a reasonable and timely maner the word avoid really means remove. After all that's what Eaglesoft actually did - it removed the statements.

And other than you beating the dead horse, who cares? I certainly don't and I don't read a bunch of supportive posts crying foul. In a perfect world I might carer but we do not live in a perfect world. A quesiton was asked and an explanation was given. Unfortunately for the rest of us, it is an explanation that you choose not to believe.I know you about as well as I know Eaglesoft and the thought that comes to my mind when reading your post(s) is - What is this person's hidden agenda?IMHO you're doing more harm to your rep than theirs. Believe what you will and move on........Vic

We removed statements in a reasonable and timely manner to avoid even the appearance of misleading anyone.Ok, you obviously can't comprehend plain language or facts. Solution: Reread my posts until it sinks in.I've stated more than enough for you to "get it". If dissatisfied, sue me. Are we clear enough now? :(

Hey, yet another "perffesional"! Welcome to the Jerry Springer show FS edition. :(

This sure does prove the OP's original point, does it not?

Amen brother... :(

This one's done, along with my hope of any civility in these forums.
