Hello all, and a Merry Christmas to everyone! To celebrate, we've released BOB, a unique first-person view for FSX. This utility works for any FSX installation, at any location and does not require any special addons to be installed. It also adds nice ambient sounds to your environment as you walk, such as footsteps, birds, town and city noises, machinery, vehicles, and much more. BOB comes with a user guide which talks you through the features. It's 100% freeware, and available from http://fullterrain.com/freeware.html

Cheers,

----------------------------------------------------------------------------I just took myself...er...BOB...for a walk along the Las Vegas strip! What a hoot! I 'ran' myself..ah..er..BOB...over to the strip from the runway threshold at KLAS. Be sure to turn off collision and damage on yourself...er..BOB....so you can run through things to get where you want to go faster....:)Thanks for a most different venue....:)Mitch

Thank you so much - I was looking for this for ages :-). Wasn't too happy with Walk & Follow, so this might be my salvation.

This is soo cool!!! Thanks Orbx!Cheers,Noel.

Shoot! I have not 'done' Tasmania yet. But I could put it aside and take BoB for a hike thru that wilderness canyon (I hope there's no PUMAS in it.)You guys are top notch. Might have to buy a set or two from you guys (would be a first for me). Merry Christmas and a $$$ New Year to you and yours.Chuck BNapamule

Thanks for the kind words fellas, and Chuck, I got your email; I'll get back to you re: the FDE.Cool thing about BOB is since he's an aircraft you can load him up anywhere, like on the Nimitz decks for example.

Cheers,

John Venema
