April 17, 201016 yr Great..now we have to wait another 12 months for a preview, is it so hard to post pics of the PFD ND etc? And actually give a release date? And actually say if its gunna be for FS9..Nice attitude. If you paid attention to the ongoing discussions on this forum, the NGX is scheduled for realease in mid 2010, that could mean in as little as 2 months. Also going by PMDG's other releases, it will be here pretty soon, as they tend to release the pictures when the product is near completetion. Just calm yourself right down and be greatful you got any pictures! If I was working for PMDG and saw this comment I wouldn't really want to release any more previews to ungreatful people :(. In fact if I were a developer (everyone is lucky I'm not), just one stupid comment like that would probably make me definitely say, nope for FS9 (that's if I was on the fence about it). I was recently saying in another post how no matter what you give the public, you will always have some people like this,,, incredible. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
April 17, 201016 yr How about some quick pics! :( Some quick shots of the VC overhead:Holy crap!!!!! My jaw is on the floor! You guys have outdone yourselves again! :(Matt Heiw
April 17, 201016 yr I have to say that after seeing the Jetstream I was expecting something that spectacular :( Congratulations guys, can't wait for the release! Piotr Święcik
April 17, 201016 yr Hi Vin,Thanks so much for the sneak peek. It is looking extremely good. The thought that it will look even better when released is just amazing. Also, I am so glad to see the single Strobe/Position light :). Will you be giving options for a few variations in certain switches/systems. For example, your overhead shows the galley switch, but the old PMDG NG has the Cabin Util and IFE/PASS switches. Likewise there are a few variations in Transponder panels or the VHF COMM / ACP units. Just wondering if you guys will be giving any options to us on this product?Once again, looks awesome and all the compliments you receive are richly deserved.Cheers,Dinshaw Parakh.
April 17, 201016 yr Did I miss something along the way??I thought they already announced no more FS9..... For those of you so hell bent on this being availble in FS9 - move on! :( For these programmers to utilize the new features available in FSX in aircraft as they have is truely amazing, why would we want them to down grade the version to add functionality for an out dated platform.Save your pennies and start planning on upgrading your systems if you can't run FSX.YOU WON'T BE SORRY YOU MADE THE MOVE, TRUST ME!!!! :( Glad to see some more screen shots - Project looks like it's coming along quite nicely.I'd like to see some of the 3D modeling that has been done, stand in front of the motor and take a snap shot. Will it have the same level of detail that was put forth in the 8i??Better yet put your co-pilot hat on and grab your video camera and do a preflight inspection (walk around) for us. That will get the pulse beating around here for sure.Great job PMDG, keep it up.Walter Trester Walter Trester
April 17, 201016 yr F A N T A S T I C!! I've made a good choice to pass to FSX!!!!!!!!!!!! Luca Casiraghi Italy.
April 17, 201016 yr there plan is working...... F A N T A S T I C!! I've made a good choice to pass to FSX!!!!!!!!!!!!
April 17, 201016 yr there plan is working......I highly doubt PMDG owns stock in FSX and seriously don't think it's a conspiracy, lmao i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
April 17, 201016 yr I think it's obvious by now that PMDG is part of the New World order. :/Ps. Looks awesome, hopefully I'll get to fly with it when I'm home for weekend-leave :D Philip D. Schmidt Jensen - Denmark
April 17, 201016 yr nah the are making better products for FSX so that people move over to it and then we dont have to debait the whole FS9 vs FSX thing. Stock? FSX...useless. lol I highly doubt PMDG owns stock in FSX and seriously don't think it's a conspiracy, lmao
April 17, 201016 yr Never liked Boeing, but that is something I just have to get once it's released. I think Aerosoft can't any more claim that their upcoming Airbus would have the best looking vc ever. Seriously impressive.

There will be more coming in the coming weeks as things progress far enough to show.To Dinshaw, about your question about panel variations. Answer: yes. There are some differences in the flight deck between different airframes, so variations in switch arrangement etc (airconditioning, etc...) will be available based on the aircraft flown. April 17, 201016 yr I think that easily becomes the nicest panel you've ever done, excellent work there. Hate to be a nag, but do you also have some screenshots of the 2D overhead panel?and a playable demo? :(
