March 6, 201016 yr Ok did it again, it seems I can get it to happen100% of the time. I must not be following the checklists correctly or something. For starters the amps on the left show a negative number when looking at the apu panel. And second, in the FMC my cruise altitude is also showing as a negative number. -12000. And I can't edit it. Very strange!DavidVery strange indeed. This a head scratcher for us as we've never even heard of situation like this before. :(
March 6, 201016 yr I was missing the step about pressing the ground power on button. So I must have zapped the batteries by starting the apu off of them? That would 100% cause the strange battery readouts then the flashing textures. Then for the cruising altitude at -12000 I was not manually setting the flight level in the computer, just leaving it at the default setting which I think said optimum altitude

March 6, 201016 yr Author I've also had the -12000 show up from time to time. However I COULD go in there and edit it, so it hasn't really been a problem. However I have been running into some other weird things. I'll post more on it later if I can consistently reproduce anything. Tired of Streetlights everywhere? Try MSFS DarkStreets today!
