February 28, 201016 yr Hello RonThat is great news that you will at least try the reflections, you have a nice options panel to add them too so users can have the choiceIts a win-win situation. It must suit the guys at Eaglesoft to some extent as I see them in the new FSX VC (and very nicely done too)He He, you noticed huh. :(
February 28, 201016 yr HelloThe Eaglesoft CX v2.0 is the best business jet available at this point in timeCorrect and a must have for the hangar if you like system simulation and a great aircraft :( Cheers, André
February 28, 201016 yr certain developers you know you will always get not only the full package of features but great support as well. Wilco makes some fun airplanes but nothing close to the level of support and system modeling as Eaglesoft.
February 28, 201016 yr Quick question.I quite fancy a citation, I believe there is the wilco, eaglesoft and flight 1 versions.Which one is regarded as the best in terms of accuracy, systems and graphics. This may have been asked but I am low on battery so can't afford to look. Thanks TomI have the FT CX, very good product, not quite PMDG but system-wise good for the money (avsim store DL). Didn't keep the ES version due to performance issus (mabye fixed on latest version?). Never understood the avsim gold star rating, all depends on one's expectation.Pat R9-9950X3D 32G | RTX5090 | 3T m.2 | Win11 | vkb-gf ultimate & pedals | virpil cm3 throttle | tm boeing yoke | pimax super uw | DCS
February 28, 201016 yr Hey one thing before I pull the trigger. I read somewhere that without a registered FSUIPC version you won't get FADEC detents to work properly... I dont have a reg version so I still can use the throttle and I assume the speed control/AT functions work on the autopilot still? | My Liveries | FAA ZMP | PPL ASEL | | Windows 11 | MSI Z690 Tomahawk | 12700K 4.7GHz | MSI RTX 4080 | 64GB 6000 MHz DDR5 | 500GB Samsung 860 Evo SSD | 2x 2TB Samsung 970 Evo M.2 | EVGA 850W Gold | Corsair 5000X | HP G2 (VR) / LG 27" 1440p |

I dont have a reg version so I still can use the throttle and I assume the speed control/AT functions work on the autopilot still?Without a registered version of FSUIPC, the throttle works like any other airplane. If you look at the Avsim review, you'll see that Marlon flies the plane without FSUIPC installed. The Citation does not have an Autothrottle, so there is no loss there. February 28, 201016 yr The Citation does not have an Autothrottle, so there is no loss there. Is there any sort of speed control them without FSUIPC? Or do I need to manually set the position of the throttles? Also, what benefit does the registered fsuipc version give me? Never understood the avsim gold star rating, all depends on one's expectation.PatNo question from our customer feedback and the Avsim Review that performance issues are fixed.Correct on ones expectations. Yours obviously differ from others. For us and other customers, the Avsim Review speaks volumes because it is not biased by users of other products and shows real understanding and appreciation for the depth of what is actually included in this project. :(
February 28, 201016 yr Is there any sort of speed control them without FSUIPC? Or do I need to manually set the position of the throttles? Also, what benefit does the registered fsuipc version give me? (in general)Let's square away expectations first. No real or simulated CX 750 includes an Auto Throttle or what simmers have commonly called speed hold.In short, the PIC Manually controls Speed by Throttle Manipulation whether FADEC is present or not.Think of this as acting like a default Throttle Control if FSUIPC is not present to enable FADEC.Other goodies available from FSUIPC are too numerous to outline here but Pete Dowsons Forum is a good place to familiarize yourself with the benefits of what some call the Swiss Army Knife of FS. :(
