Now that really is weird - I am reasonably sure there were no responses at the time I began my reply - but the time signatures certainly indicate otherwise.Must be time to get the glasses checked. Old age is creeping (running) up again it seems.

FSM is installed on C drive, the patch resides within the same folder as FSM.Trying to contact a member who has an update version past 2.8. Guess I'll just have to Google more.Was nice to write a poison pill into the program. Makes it convenient when trying to run it. Must work for Microsloth.

Have you tried it with UAC (User Account Control) turned off?And of course running everything as "Adminstrator".

Went in and granted full permissions to every program I could find within the FSM folder. No luck. Same message.I'll just uninstall this and find another program that works. Thanks anyways!

If memory serves, the Time Changer (and perhaps the patched exe file too) will not work unless the FSM program is installed in the default location:C:\Program Files\RanaInside\FlightSimManagerInstalled elsewhere (on another drive or in a different folder etc.) it apparently will not work.Give that idea a try and let us know.

I'd like to add something to this: the patch does only work when installed in the ENGLISH default location. If, for example, your computer is in Spanish, the default location would be C:\Archivos de programa\RanaInside\FlightSimManager and the patch would not work. If I install it in "Program Files" instead of "Archivos de programa" (or whatever your non-English-OS default program location is), the patch works flawlessly. This happens only in XP (AFAIK), Vista and 7 don't have this problem (because the Program Files folder is always named "Program Files").Best regards from Colombia,Luis Miguel
