March 29, 201016 yr I ordered this the other day from Amazon, hopefully it'll be here tomorrow. I am a pretty experienced gamer but I never got too far into some of the more nitty gritty things like proper radio coms, ILS landings, etc so I hope the book does a good job!
March 29, 201016 yr Yup, that is a good book. Very well written. For any of you who also learning to fly for real, I can recommend Bruce Williams' "MS Flight Simulator as a Training Aid". It helps merge the two worlds together to complement each other. March 29, 201016 yr Commercial Member Ditto!Nick Darghi published a very thick book some years back.It's not specific to FSX, but the core stuff is unchanged.It was a fairly technical book, but interesting. Also for those that buy it be sure to download the flights and extra chapters from the publishers site to get the most from the experience.
