See his FSX.cfg here.I would recommend only copying certain things from it though since some settings may be user/machine specific. i9 10920x @ 4.8 ~ MSI Creator x299 ~ 256 Gb 3600 G.Skill Trident Z Royal ~ EVGA RTX 3090ti ~ Sim drive = M.2 2-TB ~ OS drive = M.2 is 512-gb ~ 5 other Samsung Pro/Evo mix SSD's ~ EVGA 1600w ~ Win 10 Pro Dan Prunier
September 25, 201015 yr Dan,Thank you, you are always willing to help.I looked at this FSX,cfg file, You are right there are many items I cannot judge to delete them. I saw ******* (Hey-sus) put in post two FSX.Cfg files. They were short items. These are I am searching for. He done one for Low end and one for High end pc configurations. Do you now where are they? September 30, 201015 yr *******,Thank you so much for the shader patch. The improvements in both performance and visual experience were immediately apparent. There is one display item that continues to baffle me. In many of the complicated aircraft the white lines on instruments (e.g., the EHSI in PMDG and Level-D) seem to be partially transparent. There is no problem when the aircraft is stopped, but when I taxi the lines darken and lighten as if I am seeing part of the tarmac through them. It is not as noticeable while in flight. Do you have any idea what this might be?Charlie - KSBPE8600 CPU, GeForce GTX 465 w/ 1024 MB Mem. and ver. 258.96 driver, 8GB system RAM, Win. 7 64 Charlie FelixIntel Core i7 7700k @ 4.8 GHZ OC, Gigabyte Z270x G7 mother board, 32GB DDR4/2666, 1000 Watt power supply, GTX 1080i-11GB, 512GB & 1TB SSDs, 2TB HDD, Windows 10 Pro (64-bit)
October 1, 201015 yr ******* , how about TextureMaxLoad and STALE_BUFFER_THERESHOLD tweaks?? Are they usefull with FSX SP1?? Jukka
