It's a known issue that relates to ATI video cards with 2D panels, especially the 48xx series. There is no fix that I am aware of.

yes, im using HD4650 video card.thank you! :(

I'm having the same issue with my HD5870 :( Though I must admit, I don't think it's a very big problem. During flight, I hardly notice it.Now if only those new nVidia graphic cards would be a bit cheaper...

There is a fix, i posted the same problem 6 months ago and someone on this forum (may have been the MD11 forum) answered my post with the solution. Cant remember the specifics but do a search in MD11 forum - there is a utility tool and it came from Guru3D website and the utility (and it is great) has an optionthat you need to tick on: 3D - Additional options - tick on 'Alternate pixel centre'. This solves it and i was rapt when i found the solution.I dont have the info in front of me but i will search out the exact place and files to get.

After I installed the ATI tray tools, my Norton blocked it from running because it contains a component that can opens up the system to all signed/unsigned drivers (This Security Risk must be manually downloaded and executed but it may be executed surreptitiously by malicious software - quote from Symantec). Not being an expert in these matters, it is uninstalled.

I have McAfee and had no issues whatsoever.

I have Norton 2010 and I'm afraid that compared to earlier versions it has become very prone to "false positive" alarms. It regularly does a scan and quarantines some Flight 1 installers, claiming they are Trojans. I immediately restore them, in spite of Norton's warnings and everything is fine.Iain Smith

Dan,Norton's blocking it because it's a kernel level driver that ATT uses to control the card. It's a safe utility, Norton just flags anything using that sort of driver as "dangerous." Norton is bloatware anyway, I'd recommend using the free Microsoft Security Essentials.

Ryan,The latest two versions of Norton are leaner and faster than their predecessors. However, when my subscription runs out I might well follow your advice as others have given good reports on the MS offering.Iain Smith

Yes, get rid of Norton. I did and have never looked back. It is a resource-hungry monster. Once you get something else (I recommend Trend Micro), you'll notice a difference in performance for the better!

Personally I haven't use any virus protection is about 10 years or longer. To me it's a complete joke. First of all it's not viruses that cause problems now a days, it's spyware/adware. 2nd, if someone wants to avoid them you just watch what you decide to click on (like obviously don't click on banners). The only viruses I've gotten I have given to myself to help figure out how to help a family memeber or friend get rid of theirs, and every time they got one was because they were clicking on what they shouldn't have, or in one case tried to download a codec from a bogus site.To each their own, but I will never give any of my systems resources to any virus scanner or app for that matter. If anyone thinks they have a great virus scanner then shoot me an email. I will spend no more than 2 minutes writing a virus I am 100% certain will stroll right by your software. They're a joke that have done nothing but cause me problems personally and am amazed so many FS users even use them.*For the record I never install virus protection on customs I build and rather give the user a 5 minute class on how to not be stupid on making choices on the internet. Yes, I get an occasional but rare call when some horny idiot clicked on what they thought was an actual girl wanting to talk to them and got spyware of some sort, but in every case has always been because of porn related sites and gullible new users. If I had to use anything, I would do as Ryan stated since MS have done well by me in the past and theirs have always been the least resource heavy. I'm just glad I made the decision I did, when I did. It has added years to my life hahaha.
