June 16, 201015 yr Bought the version 2 of the Embraer Regional Jets, made by FeelThere. Although maybe not completely up there with PMDG, I am very happy with this purchase. It looks extremely good (even better with the McPhat livery package), it flies good and it has a pretty full blown systems simulation. For me it fills the gap of the 737PIC (FSX) that I can not get to work properly on my Win7-64 system.Looking at the 737PIC and the Embraer RJ v2, it clearly shows how much progress FT made in their development skills. So it made me wonder if they could be working on a version 2 of the 737PIC.I know that PMDG is presenting its NGX somewhere this year and I will certainly buy that one, but I would also LOVE to have a good 'PG' in my FS hangar.Anyone have any info or thoughts on this? June 16, 201015 yr I'd really like to see them tart up their Classic 737 (I'd also like to see Aerosim do that for their Original variant). Even as is, the Wilco 737 is really rather good in my opinion, but all us fickle simmers tend to look past that and want an NG LOL, which is a shame because it has a really good flight model and a more comprehensive emulation of systems than PMDG's FS9 737.It would be worth Wilco doing it too, because they still currently have a clear field on the 300/400/500 series 737s, so I think it would be a big seller, as indeed would a 200 series if Tin Mouse or Aerosim were inclined to do it with theirs. I'm sure they've considered that, because the 737 seems to be a bit of a developer's favourite at the moment, and not before time.Al Alan Bradbury Check out my youtube flight sim videos: Here
June 16, 201015 yr It works fine on my Windows 7, so maybe don't give up on it. It is surprisingly detailed although the VC is pretty grim. Even that sets the tone after the luxury of the 757. It seems like a cramped, less appealing workspace, which it probably really is.

I get to fly the jumpseat on a 737 (PG and NG) frequently and getting in and out of it is always somewhat of a challenge :( Regards, Frank van der Werff
June 16, 201015 yr Make sure you all have the Windows 7 64bit upgrade file available on their website. It fixes a few things. They do need to upgrade the visual model and the FD some more.Lee Lee H i9 13900KF 64GB Ram 24GB RTX 4090

June 16, 201015 yr The Wilco 737 Pilot In Command IMHO, is some of Wilco's best work and I love flying this aircraft. Granted the NG would be nice, but I still see myself flying the B733. VATSIM: P2 | I1
June 16, 201015 yr Scoob,May i ask how many years will it take to see even the smallest update on the 733?George

I personally regard the Wilco 737 VC as one of the best out there. It's not fully 3D and all that, but that's exactly it: even though it's just about completely flat, it still manages to feel so "good", so "real"... I know of many addons that have great VCs but in which I do not get the same feeling as in the Wilco 737. I truly hope thye v2 will preserve the VC's feeling. Even if not, though, it's be great to have it updated. A 3D VC would be welcomed, but above all, I'm quite sure Feelthere's panel saving technology will get into it, just like with the ERJ v2. There you can save the panel by simply saving the flight, and it works great. If the 737 gets something of the kind too, I'd be delighted. And that way, slowly by slowly, all my favorit planes get a way to save the panel states. Once I could only dream of it... It seems all (modern) Boeing planes will have it in the end, Airbus hopefully too (for as far as there are any Airbusses around). June 17, 201015 yr Yes scoob :-)remember - the 737classics were released in late '05 and early '06. SPs were issued over three years and for two FS versions.further SPs to '737 classic v1' is up to wilco.-- D.
