A320 Jetliner for fsx released today at Justflight

Featured Replies

The new Airbus A320 package was released today. High on quality, low on cost, not overly complicated - great VC. Comes with a tutorial flight, v.1 update already out.RayM

:( I still don't get why we need yet another A320. There's more airplanes out there than just Airbuses and Boeings.Though I guess they'd be niche products...oh, well, I'll keep dreaming of Tupolevs and Ilyushins and Berievs and Caravelles and...

The Project Tupolev Tu-154 for FS2004 is perhaps the best freeware aircraft ever made, and AFG has a gorgeous looking Caravelle with a detailed panel. What I think the market really needs is a good A330/L-1011

I am looking for an upgrade to the Project Airbus/Default VC combo but I think I will have to pass on this one. I'll wait on the Aerosoft version.I think I was mostly turned off my the extremely slow loading screenshots. All I wanted to see was a vc night shot. After flipping through 43 screenshots, I found one. Something tells me the night lighting is not that impressive if they only published one and buried it among numerous shots of the cargo doors. Of course, I want a nice all around aircraft but I really want a vc with complete back lighting and separate flood/overhead/map lights.

Oh, just one detailed A320 would be nice. There's absolutely zero of those right now.Regards,Robert

Yes, this is the newer better Avsim, with rainbows and unicorns! No perceived negativity allowed. Only high praise for anything and everything released. :(

Sorry, and I meant no disrespect, but it baffles me that developers keep producing different versions of the same plane instead of expanding the hobby by taking a chance on something less popular. Aerosoft comes to mind as one of the latter, in publishing the Discus gliders, as well as a Robin DR400 and a BAe 146 that are in the works. And it's not like I don't have fun, either. I've been toting around SoCal in Lionheart's Epic Victory for my FsPax airline the last few days and thoroughly enjoying it :(

Aerosoft...isn't that the company which develops your boring A320 series? LOL.gif

No one's perfect. Besides, they need reliable cash flow to fund the more eccentric projects I like :(

No problem everybody is entitled to have there own opinion and so do I... It's actually real simple most of the time I was floating around here I wasn't a commercial member but just a fellow simmer (I'm now both but driven out of passion for aviation).Instead of complaining I made free ware myself, we had 7 different projects and over millions of downloads and a truckload of awards :((http://www.flightsimonline.com/)During that period I learned how much hours it takes to develop an aircraft at that time for FS2002 / FS2004.(Thousands of hours involved) So if some one decide to make an aircraft they choose it's there choice and it's your choice to buy it or to download in case of free ware. It's still a labor of love and for the most of us not a full time job it's done in the spare free time for most.Imagine you make something and working thousand hours on something and they call it rubbish, I'm curious how you would feel?My personal opinion is to date, I'm not taking anything for granted , and have deep respect for everybody contributing to our hobby based on there talent and skills.Does this mean I like everything created for FS, no not even close lol, just another opinion to share with you guys...Have fun,Cheers,

So, has anyone actually bought this? Or is everyone holding on for the 'bus from Aerosoft Industrie...?Ian
