Robert was captain on J41, but as long as Ryan won't confirm that You are valid J41 user, I don't think You'll get any help from anyone here, sorry.

What are you talking about? I'm asking how they followed through with the Climb Procedure in real life or if they did it by the book as per AOM. "I don't think You'll get any help from anyone here, sorry".....whats that suppose to mean.Ron Hamilton

Huh? What are you talking about? Since when has Ryan had to confirm legitimate users before getting any help... is there some info you have that would prevent the OP from receiving help?Please explain.

Few days ago, Ryan wrote that Ron didn't provide purchase info while he was trying to get support via ticket. Whole thread was also removed, If it's my mistake then I will apologize, don't worry ;)

WRONG, I never issued a "ticket" I was unaware that they even had a ticket system. I thought they just used the forum for support. However, I am not a pirate, and I will be more then happy to prove that. I support this company and other like it (ORBX Aerosoft RealAir etc) and I ALWAYS PAY for EVERYTHING. Apology excepted, I do however like it when companys want to see a order number so that there precious time is no wasted giving support to Pirates.Ron Hamitlon.

Yes I would like to see all addon devs implement an order number rule.

No, you have the same guy, i just didnt know that I had to use the Portal thats all...it was my mistake. Anywys ys I wish all Developers would do I ORBX style of requiring order numbers for support. That way NO pirates would ever get support Ron Hamilton

The problem is that PMDG is selling BOXed versions of their products. I have BOX J41 so I don't have order id...

Hi one way that they could overcome the box version is to put a code on the cd that comes with the box version that matches with the pmdge datebase so that they can provide proof of purchase.

You know, not everyone who posts is a purchaser. They could be potential purchaers. I think the community benefits from having potential buyers be able to ask questions before buying, so the order number rule kind of kills that option.
