Hi everyone! :) I need some help choosing my traffic program, as I am unhappy with my current one. (Traffic X) I was wondering what you would recommend for a good AI payware traffic program? Thanks a bunch!-TPG

I just bought MyTraffic 2010 a few weeks ago and I'm beginning to regret buying it. I'm having trouble with some the the liveries and I can't find out how to get updates for it because I didn't buy it from Aerosoft (I had another thread about this). If I were going to buy another traffic program I'd probably go with Ultimate Traffic 2.

I am using UT2 and very very happy with it. Great FPS at 100%. You can also add flight plans /AI Planes using the power pack. Everybody has there preference, but UT2 for me is great

Do a quick search here and you will see many posts on this subject as it is probably one of the most asked.There really is no best or worst, it just depends on what you expect out an AI package. For me Ultimate Traffic 2 is the best because I like the AI to operate on real world schedules and flight plans. I also love the Hotkey functions of UT2 which let you clear the approach if your getting over taken by another plane or you can assign a hotkey to kill traffic all together when on approach if you need to gain some FPS. That being said, running 100% commercial traffic only cost me about 3 to 5 FPS at the busiest hubs. Ask another guy however and he will say MyTrafficX is the best because it works better for what his needs are. It really comes down to personal preferance.You could always try the freeware World of AI packages as well. Add one more UT2 fan

Haven't used UT2 and I'm still reconsidering it for Christmas, but IMHO this one streaks the line of others by miles (except for WOAI) thanks to its large database of real life schedules. Dave.

UT2 is the best hands down, but unfortunately for me it will remained disabled until there is a third party ATC program that can actually control it, Its frustrating when the AI are taking off and landing into you or each other, I spend most of the time clearing the AI out of my way anyway So until then its vatsim coupled with rc4 when no atc is online.

Not many people have more than one traffic program so it is a little hard to compare them. I am a fan of UT2. I have been using a version Ultimate Traffic since the day it was released for FS2002. Great product. It is very easy to add additional/special paints.
