April 13, 201115 yr I am looking into adding a regional jet to my fleet of payware or freeware aircraft, I am looking for suggestions of what is out there and what is coming. Does anyone know or a regional jet with somewhat decent quality. All of my payware is PMDG and I do realize, that amount of quality will be hard to find but something decent.ThanksTom-Mods, if this is in the wrong place I am sorry and please move it. April 13, 201115 yr I am anxiously awaiting the Digital Aviation/Aerosoft CRJ. From the description, it will be very PMDG -like in it's system simulation, and according to the old Digital Aviation announcement about features, it will even include multi-crew networked capability. Shane Gavin
April 13, 201115 yr Tom, check these out since you mentioned only jets, and not props.http://www.feelthere.com/22_embraer-e-jets-v-2-embraer-175-and-195.html?product_id=22http://www.feelthere.com/3_embraer-regional-jets-for-fs9-and-fsx.html?product_id=3Also, if you can wait a while, check these two out:http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/33966-digital-aviation-crj-preview/http://forum.aerosoft.com/index.php?/topic/35214-aerosoft-bae-146/http://forum.qwsim.com/viewtopic.php?f=63&t=2799The last two are one and the same I believe.I personally have the E-Jets V2, which has the E-175, and E-197, and I believe it to be fantastic. You can probably do a search for feelthere here and go to their forum and check it out:http://forum.iemit.com/Default.aspx?g=topics&f=24http://forum.iemit.com/Default.aspx?g=topics&f=22Good Luck with your choice. April 13, 201115 yr Dash 8 Q400 from Majestic, and earlier versions from PMDG. You might see M$ Flight before either.
April 13, 201115 yr Dash 8 Q400 from Majestic, and earlier versions from PMDG. You might see M$ Flight before either.Just checked out the Majestic Dash 8 Q400 and it looks to be a very nice and realistic simulation. I am looking forward to getting it when it comes out. Shane Gavin

April 13, 201115 yr The Digital Aviation Fokker 70/100 is one of my favourite aircraft for FSX. The only shortcoming is that there is no VC (yet).
April 13, 201115 yr It feels like forever with the Digital aviation /aerosoft CRJ project. I'm really waiting for this bird but its taken so long. hope it comes out soon! :( I would love to get the Fokker 100 but having no vc yet is a real bummer for me, hopefully they add it soon. the Dash 8 Q400 from Majestic looks great but its other project taken very long. hopefully everything gets released this year, the ejets are fun I still have to get the feelthere erj 135-145. there is also the dash 8 from pmdg coming up after the 737 ngx I believe. April 13, 201115 yr The Digital Aviation Fokker 70/100 is one of my favourite aircraft for FSX. The only shortcoming is that there is no VC (yet). At this point , I don't think their F70/F100 product will ever get that VC. I think too much time has passed already, its been almost 3 yearssince that product was first released. And currently their focus is on the CRJ product, considering potential patches upgrades etc. We'd have to assume that will be their focus for the rest of this year.I can't see DA after close to 4 years after release going back to work on that Fokker VC.Regards.Ernie.
April 13, 201115 yr http://forum.aerosof...rosoft-bae-146/http://forum.qwsim.c...php?f=63&t=2799The last two are one and the same I believe.Nope, these are seperate products. One made by Qualitywings, the other by Aerosoft. As it is, it seems all products were already mentioned. I consider getting the DA/Aerosoft CRJ when it comes out, since it's such a popular aircraft. Also the Feelthere Embreaer packages come recommended. April 13, 201115 yr Author Thanks for the replies everyone, I will check out the CRJ coming out. I think that will be the most promising of everything.Tom Tom "I just wanna tell you both: good luck. We're all counting on you."

So there is hope.My head says we won't see the VC... my heart says that my head is wrong...Let's hope the VC arrives, because it would complete what is easily one of the best FSX airliners ever made.

April 14, 201115 yr Author I went ahead and ordered the WIlco ERJ v2, I must say it is a very nice bird from a payware point of view. Now I just need sit get on google for a few hours and find some actual reading on the aircraft. I am definatley looking forward to the aerosoft CRJ.Tom Tom "I just wanna tell you both: good luck.
