May 31, 201115 yr I was taking a look in the 747-400 forum and faced a user questioning why there was a pogo stick in his 747 flightdeck. Vin answered his post saying that this is a long standing internal joke from the early days of PMDG. So, PMDG team, would you mind sharing with us how this pogo stick story actually started? I'd really like to understand the tradition behind this joke. Or is this a part of your history you'd like to remain preserved? Matheus Mafra

May 31, 201115 yr Gents-For you n00bs....The pogo-stick is a long standing piece of PMDG humor that dates back to 2003 or so.We had announced a new product, and a very excited member of the forum told us that he'd buy a pogo-stick for FS if it was modeled by PMDG...Every product since then has had a pogo-stick stashed someplace on the airplane...It is considered bad luck to tell anyone else where to find the pogo-stick. You must go find it yourself, but you then may brag that you know its where-abouts...Makes for some good laughs internally as we debate where to stash the pogo-stick. Now the woodpigeon will be harder to hide...
