August 7, 201114 yr For the life of me I cannot work this one out. I arm the A/T button, then press either the screw in 2D panel (there is even a "click" noise when I press it) or the TO/GA button on the throttle in the 3D Cockpit and nothing happens what so ever. Its the same when i advance to 60%, or have the throttle at idle. Any ideas? Patrick Hillyer
August 7, 201114 yr Author Sure. Also whenever I press TO/GA it turns the A/T Arm Switch to off! Patrick Hillyer

August 7, 201114 yr Not sure about this, but I see that VNAV and LNAV buttons are not illuminated. I think that the FMC needs to be programmed for TOGA to work (but I am not sure). Henri Henri Arsenault

August 7, 201114 yr To be honest I see nothing in that picture that should stop you from being able to use TO/GA. Maybe someone smarter than I can come up with an idea, but I'm stumped.
August 7, 201114 yr Patrick, You've done some things you shouldn't have done and there are also things which you should do that you haven't done! You need to read and fly the tutorial !!!! And thats an order sir ! Armen L CholakianPMDG Sound Engineer
August 7, 201114 yr My gut feeilng is that you are pressing the autothrottle disengage button on the quadrant and not a toga switch ??? Fred. Frederic Steiner.
August 7, 201114 yr Author My gut feeilng is that you are pressing the autothrottle disengage button on the quadrant and not a toga switch ??? Fred. Or your joystick throttle is interfering. I've had that with mine. FRED Could well be, a re-read of the manual and then a check without my joystick plugged in. Thanks for the advice, Patrick Hillyer
