Is there a way to get it exact on the NGX? Every time I trim it up or down it skips a few numbers.

Lower the repeat rate of the trim assignments. They are found in the FSX option, on keyboard shortcuts.

is it normal in real life that when you fly by hand on a approach for instance that you use trim for finetuning instead of using your yoke? Thanks Michael

If you hover your mouse arrow over the trim wheel, the number will appear. Takes a second or so. When you change the trim setting, you'll need to sometimes move the mouse arrow away from the wheel and then back to it to see the latest setting.

I beleive you need to enable cockpit tooltips also.
