October 31, 201114 yr It amazes me how many folks have apparently no idea where their original NGX installer is. It would seem only common sense that you would archive, on your own computer, any files which cost you money, or may be important to you in the future. At least keep your zips somewhere. October 31, 201114 yr I keep all my downloads organised by publisher/creator (i.e. A2A Simulations; PMDG, etc...) and in their respective folders (I.e. 737NGX 8900 and 737NGX 6700 etc..) with a text file containing the serial information.I must say that such a system works quite well for me. October 31, 201114 yr Most other vendors make it very easy with security to download products they have purchased. Flight 1 is a good example. PMDG is the only vendor I know of that has a download service fee. Brad Rich
