I take it you meant the load manager for the md-11 since there is no such thing as the livery manager for the md-11.  The load manager  can be accessed thru your menu pmdg/md-11  and in here you will find the load manager

Your american livery can use updating to the new livery but same tail number. i found that a lot of the n908nn registration liveries are lacking certain details or they have the details and the wings are far to clean it doesn't look right.

what makes you think that PMDG could do it any better, especially if you don't mention at all which details you are missing?

If you have got wing textures you prefer, you can easily replace them, no need to ask for a new repaint then.

 

And how about contacting the author(s) of the AAL repaints missing details or whatever and ask them if they are willing to change it?

On the other hand my impression is that PMDG is focussing on the development of other products and is ruling off further repaints for the NGX.
