Well, that happens if you are a launching customer. Same goes for new cars. Never buy within the first one (or better) 2 years after its introcuction.When we got the brand new CRJs we had increadible amounts of malfunctions and at least 30% of our landings within the first years where flaps-up landings.

That will be fixed in SP1.

Well LOT is the European launch customer for the 787. Fortunately their 767 crews know a little about this sort of problem.

That will be fixed in SP1.
