It's a FAKE!!! Flight is bad but not that bad!!! To clarify Flight has some really nice graphics if you set it to high but the inside of a cockpit is a joke, controls joke, handling joke, and the missions are a video game missions JOKE!

Fake ? Sorry but why do you state it is fake ?It looks like just the video that will be beamed at CES, rumors seem to confirm my statement too and also some video of the beta on you tube are reporting that so I would definitely say that is a real beta flight video indeed.

You are right Mike, seeing it a second time I could recognize it is not the real Flight. Anyway you have to admit they look really similar, it hard to spot differences at a first look.

The colors are waay off and there's no flight information on the headliner and the water is nothing like I saw. I don't know maybe someone else seen that catamaran afterall it's gotta be a giant to fly under it!

It's Nintendo Pilot Wings. What the video poster was trying to convey was how the gameplay in Flight is like that in a video game for WII. On January 13th everyone may also be able to draw that conclusion when they unveil it at CES.If I were Microsoft I would cancel Flight and swear the beta testers to secrecy for life so it can never be revealed what they did to Flight.

That would be the only wise action they could take. I still hope someone of MS realizes what thousands of comments on you tube and facebook mean so they can retire from CES and think about other businesses.

Plan B should be first to do what Bank of America did when they tried to raise debit card fees and Verizon did when they tried to add online payment fees and their customers revolted and told them to go to hell. Beg for forgiveness, admit they didn't think this through and immediately pull this monstrosity to save face. If you think people are ###### now, wait until it is shown at CES and the beta testers can reveal what they know. I have a feeling that the hostility will be 10 times what it is now. They need to just kill it before next weeks fiasco.Next provide LM with a consumer license structure for Prepar3d and contact them to do a FSXI that appeals both to the current dedicated base as well as appealing to new customers the right way. Get involved with the community, flight schools, AOPA and other flight related organizations to generate more interest in aviation which will bring in more users who want to buy a Flight Simulator and not an arcade game.

Don't forget one thing: Compare "Flight" with the bare "FSX" only, not with FSX+"every addon available on this planet". Remember how FSX appears after a new setup? So there is a BIIIIGGGGGGG improvement.Do never forget: Microsoft does create a Startmenu folder for FSX called "Microsoft GAMES". That's what a Flight Simulator is for Microsoft. Simply a Game. There's a lot of other companys who brought the fun and the "As real as it gets" feeling into FSX. And Microsoft didn't saw another 1$ after selling the Base-Software. Now it's different. Developers like ORBX are not supporting "Flight" anymore, and the result is again what it has ever been for Microsoft: A game for those who even fly a heavy aircraft using keys and mouse...Yes, "Flight" is different from what you all might expect. My 5 year old son is fascinated and I can't get back the flightstick...Guess my wife would like it too...and usually she HATES it when I spend too much time flying.I for myself will stay with FSX since I now know how "Flight" comes along, what the intention of MS is and, sorry, I'm one of those PMDG/ORBX/REX/ASE/IVAO freak-users, so I'm looking for something different than the "Flight" experience.

Yes, "Flight" is different from what you all might expect. My 5 year old son is fascinated and I can't get back the flightstick...

Ages 4-12 are about the right target demographic for this iteration of "Flight." Seriously, it's no more complicated than PacMan, and not a lot more sophisticated for that matter... :(
