1) Sounds right to me.2) Trimming? As in you see the rudder trim indicator moving? That would be strange... I doubt the rudder trim is moving. what you're seeing is the yaw damper at work, trying to keep the aircraft in coordinated flight.

1) Are we talking about when handflying or when the autopilot is engaged?

Leffe - These are genuine problems I am not a PMDG basher - what was the problem with my post whereby you want my full name and what difference would it make to have this information.ZachLW - 1. The 737 as far as I am aware does not auto-trim in manual flight - it's not an airbus 2. In SE config the 737 will not auto trim rudder it's not a 777 after allSekstifire - It's during manual flight and SE manual flightDavieaerosoft - 1. Even during manual flight? 2. Is there a link to this as being a known issue with NGX and Single Engine config manual flight?

That won't really matter, search for "737 speed trim" and "737 Mach trim" on Google ;-)In short, the 737 does trim automatically, even in manual flight... And you would be glad in real life that it does. The forces on the control column are WAY bigger than the forces you apply to your sim yoke or joystick.Full name is mandatory according to the forum rules.

Full name is required to post on these forums. Your post will be deleted and other newbies who have the same "issues" as you won't have a thread that gives them answers. Full name is required here, arguing that fact makes one look more like a pirate and less like a customer. No skin off of my back, though. Please continue to break forum rules. You're special. :(

Does switching YD off fix the issue? I assume it does.

Yes, the issue is the YD limiter.

OK so we've established that point 1. the aircraft is doing as it should do only if it occurs at low speed or in excess of mach .62 2. is a genuine problem with pmdg ngx and can be resolved by the sp1c update as and when it's released or by switching the yaw damper off.and by the way i'm not a pirate and have paid for the software... any moderator can email me to ask for a receiptThanks to those who have provided assistance on this thread... wish i could say the same about those pointlessly highlighting the rules but I suppose people like that are in alllllll walks of life zzzzZ

You should expect this thread to get deleted tho. The rules are the rules and you have intentionally chosen to break them

I wouldn't say it's "pointless". Unsigned posts can be deleted by the moderators without further notice. If, as a new user of the forum, you aren't aware of that, why jump on someone who is trying to help you avoid having that happen to your post?No different than if an ATC controller warns you prior to landing that you're likely to encounter wind shear. Wouldn't you want advance notice of a possibly unpleasant situation before you encounter it?

I really don't get why some people refuse to follow the forum rule of posting with your full name, nothing bad is going to happen to you if you do so. The rule is there to keep people with pirated copies from getting help from PMDG or other members. I don't know you at all and I have no way of knowing if you are a legitimate customer or a pirate. Sorry if that offends you but how are we supposed to take your word for it when you won't even post your name to back it up. I really wish other members on here would just ignore unsigned posts and not help or respond at all.
