Hi,I cannot locate the hot spot in the 2D main panel, to open the throttle panel. How does someone access this panel so I can set the trim? I have check all the books I have and also look at all the instrument view within the simaulator and I cannot see where it is.Pierre

There is no throttle panel in the 2D cockpit. If you need to set the trim either use a keystroke on your keyboard or switch to the VC.

This lack of a 2D throttle isthe only negative to the 737NGX product. With 3 monitors, I like to have the FMC and throtlle quad on one display.I REALLY hope the 777 will have a 2D throttle quad. PDMG - listen to your customers! A lot of us like the 2D panel set up. No need to respond to this over beated thread. I just like to get me word in every now and then.

i was very old fashioned using 2d and fs9 until i got my NGX... i got the feel of the VC and its great...

Not true.They said that important panels, like the CDU will still be 2D and a popup.

I hope they give the option for 4:3 and 16:9 aspect. It is very annoying in the NGX to get pop-up displays in the wrong aspect.Best regards,Robin.
