I never stall it so can't see why I'd need that. I don't taxi on grass. I already have realistic slipstream noise. Etc. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Zachary Waddell -- Caravan Driver -- Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/zwaddell Avsim ToS Avsim Screenshot Rules
February 21, 201214 yr After seeing the video it seems accu-feel is aimed to adding immersion to default or less complex add-on aircraft. For an addon such as the 737 NGX im pretty sure that the immersion and sound simulation that comes with the product is much closer to real than what accufeel could provide for, whch seems as a "general" addon for generic a/c, not for a specific type. In any event you dont hear tire "screeches" in large airliners as you see in the accu-feel video. All the things that accu-feel adds is already in the NGX such as hearing the wind over gears, airframe etc. I think the NGX is already as good as can be in this department. Accu-feel is certainly a great product, just not (in my opinion) suited for the 737 NGX.Alex Bart Edited February 21, 201214 yr by jalexb88
February 21, 201214 yr I think In essence Accu-feel is just a glorified audio and 'camera shake' mod. Obviously the camera shake may not work with TrackIR.
February 22, 201214 yr I saw the video earlier today. Must say its a nifty little addon for some of the GA planes in the hangar. I will be getting this for sure "To most the sky is the limit but to me it's home" Rick Harms (CYVR) i7 [email protected] (for now) asus p6t v2, 6gb ocz 1600 CL7 ram. BFG 285 oc, vista 64, Samsung 52" 1080p lcd track IR5. PMDG j41, 747-400x, 747-8i/f, NGX.......Finally!!!!

Obviously the camera shake may not work with TrackIR.Except it does not have anything to do with the camera's.See Scott's entry in the FAQ: Does this conflict with programs that manipulate the camera, like EZDock? We operate below the cameras and move the actual model. We currently do not access the cameras so there should not be a conflict. If we do access cameras in a future version, we will be sure to allow this feature to be enabled / disabled via the control panel to insure no conflicts.Source: http://a2asimulations.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=87&t=28507 Lukas "TIN TIN -=9th Shrek=-" Mathijsen
February 22, 201214 yr Mmm, OK for default AC I suppose, but with the NGX? I agree with Zach, personally I run with Ezdok and have a great setup IMO, so I can't really see how this addon would enhance what I already have. February 22, 201214 yr It would be interesting to know if this would enable proper sound effects when landing the Flight1 Cessna Citation Mustang on grass runways. Yes, I know that this wouldn't be done in the real world, but currently there are no touchdown or rollout sound effects whatsoever when landing the Mustang on ADE grass runways. In fact, the same thing happens with ADE bitumen and tarmac runways.
